Poo lay managed and poorly staffed overpriced company!
Visiting Angels of Ann Arbor is managed and staffed very poorly. More than half of the aides are horrible and inexperienced for the job. No common sense, personality or experience. If you want to pay large amounts of money for substandard service, problems constantly and [Removed] of your loved one, Visiting Angels of Ann Arbor is the company to hire!

It was a great choice to choose Visiting Angels!
It was a scarry task to find an agency to watch over my Mom so I can run some errands or just get out for a break. Visiting Angels representative Lauren was so polished and professional and caring on our first interview - I knew they would find a great caregiver for me. I liked that I could change the caregiver if I didn't like them. But that didn't happen. The first one they assigned was a gem! She had 9 years experience and it really showed.
