Transportation is unpredictable. This pulls other staff members from their jobs to correct this. So their jobs are not done as correctly or timely as it should be. Rules are not enforced consistently. Why have a rule that you can only have 2 pets if you’re going to allow 4? The food is not gourmet, but it’s perfectly adequate. You aren’t confined to eating at one sitting only. There is transportation—most of the time. An argument could be made that marketing has a fluid idea of what “Independent” entails. The main drawback is communication.
