Maintenance team has been responsive, kind, and friendly. Internet is maybe included for some or majority of inside apartments, but the signal won't reach to some areas of the property. A healthy internet connection included in amenities would improve the value. A post office box for residents to send mail would be more than ideal and improve value of services provided.
