We had a horrible experience with the skilled nursing facility she was sent to after discharge from the hospital. Wilshire was able to assess her, complete paperwork, payment and move in the same day. We ate dinner with her the first night and the meal was restaurant quality. They provide the menu for the next week every Saturday and if the resident doesn't like the meal, they have several options to pick from instead. I have not had issues with her room not being cleaned. They have washing machines available for the residents or family to do their laundry there. I receive texts from care staff on how she is doing and can ask. We did have an issue with the nurse that was recently hired, but they replaced her before I had the chance to talk to them. Anytime I have a question, I'm helped and provided the info I need. I would highly recommend Wilshire to others.
