Maybe it’s getting fresh air at Heritage Park or picking up decor at Carolina Olive Oil — whatever it is, it’s always a joy to explore the many distinguished businesses and attractions only found in our charming city. We believe in the progression of a quality life and quality experiences, and our location offers plenty of opportunities to thrive in retirement.</p> <h3>Community Amenities and Services</h3> <p>Our community offers varying levels of assisted living and memory care services, with staff that helps ensure that each individual receives the optimal level of personalized support and encouragement they need. Our transport bus is active each day as residents select to engage with our surrounding locale’s leisure activities. Our memory care program occupies a wing of the facility and provides a personalized approach to support residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.</p> <p>We understand the importance of celebrating personal continuity and maintaining a sense of home within the larger community, which is why we offer our “Bridges” program to accommodate seniors intent on returning to their own residence after a hospital stay. This transitional program of 30 or more days provides the patient with additional recovery time in our community before returning to the daily responsibilities of being back at home.</p> <h3>Living Arrangements</h3> <p>The Springs offers studio, one-bedroom, and semi-private floor plans. Our staff are on campus 24 hours a day to assist residents whenever needed, and we also equip each living unit with emergency call systems to notify staff of any time-sensitive needs. We offer laundry and housekeeping services regularly and transportation services as well.</p> <h3>Care Types Offered</h3> <p>The Springs at Simpsonville is a <em>community residential care facility</em>, which in the state of South Carolina is a facility that offers room and board and a degree of personal assistance for a period of time in excess of 24 consecutive hours for two or more residents.
