I love it here!
I enjoy the meals here, breakfast is my favorite. I have a good time going out with other residents. The location is convenient and the staff is very friendly. The Life Enrichment Director is great and very accommodating.

Beautiful Facility, short staffed"
Ask patrons if they like the food. My mom doesn't like the food. Most of the time I would agree as the menu options don't seem to fit seniors. Also we like the place but since the start of our experience they have been understaffed and also difficulty retaining staff. The result is delays in response and overlooked care such as showers, laundry etc. the staff and leader have always been very friendly and respectful to my mom. They just never have enough people for the number of residents. I am sure this issue is widespread in the industry. Our solution has been to constantly follow up with the caregivers to ensure things are done.

Overall would not recommend
They are understaffed, it would be impossible for them to assist patients to the bathroom and meals, the patient sits behind a locked door, without a call button. They do not follow care plans, it would be very wise to show up at different times to observe the care of your family member.

Nothing but pleased!!
It’s the best place for me to be! Wonderful staff and and food is out of this world! The residents are also very pleasant with as well. Lots of different events happing daily. The staff are always super friendly and always willing to stop and chat.

A Wonderful Place for Mom
The rooms are spacious and nice for allowing natural light. The staff is above whatever the top rating system is that you use. My mother was in memory care for nearly 4 years there. We never regretted for one day the choice we made for her. The activities are fun and great for the residents to keep busy. But at the same time, if there needs to be quiet time, they can have that too. All of our interactions from techs and aides to the Executive Director (shout out to [name removed]) and Director of Connection Points (shout out to [name removed]) were top notch. Availability for communication with them was never a problem.

Wonderful Facility
My mother has been in Memory Care at StoryPoint Bolingbrook for nearly a year and a half, and we could not be happier with the facility and staff. Watching a parent decline is incredibly difficult, and feelings of guilt inevitably creep in. Knowing our mother is cared for so well gives our family complete peace of mind. The caregivers truly treat her like family, and she is happy there.
The staff are compassionate, attentive, and patient, and it is clear they genuinely care about the residents. We are very grateful to have found a place where our mom is safe, comfortable, and treated with such kindness every day.

Things Happen
The food is iffy. Activities are plentiful. Rent raises every year. They charge for every nit - picking thing they can think of. I have been here two years. Things have changed. Not For the better. I would look long and hard.

A great place to start their new journey
I felt immediate relief and a sense of peace moving mom and dad into StoryPoint. The daily report from them used to be whatever medical a chest pains they had. It changed quickly to what activities they did. The great meals they had, the caring staff and new friends.
