Website to make payments is hard to use, large deposit required for service, they messed up and too large an amount was taken out of my account, wish they had less than 4 hour minimum, wanted someone who would get her out of the bed more.

Help for Mom
I was sent several helpers to assist me with my mom and to interact with her; help with exercises, sight words, etc. All the helper were polite, kind, but they kept sending me different helper which I didn't like because she didn't have a chance to get familiar with them and I had to continue show them the activities I wanted them to do with her. I worked from home; they were only there for 3 hours,so it was a bit frustrating. I finally explained to the owner my concerns and it did improve. ( MY mom had dementia)

Frequently Asked Questions
about Senior Helpers of Marietta

A Place for Mom has scored Senior Helpers of Marietta 8.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.   We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.   Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
