Update needed for building, brochure, and description of amenities!
This ALF was nice 9 months ago! There's a handful of caring, hard-working aides. No R.N. at anytime on the premises. Breakfast and lunch are tolerable. Dinner is ½ sandwich and leftovers thrown into a broth that they call "soup"! No snacks. Bedrooms are too small for more than 2 beds and 2 wheelchairs. Activities consist of bingo 5 days/wk, karaoke 2 hrs/wk, and birthday cakes. Bedding changed once/wk, but beds are never made, otherwise. No physical therapy except a group exercise one hour/week. No outings even though they have a vehicle to take residents in. The outside and stained glass doors, etc. make it look elegant! Poorly managed and lots of falsehood. Not a safe place (7 falls in one month with 3 broken shoulders and hips)! Dirty and roaches in rooms. Machines keep breaking down, too. Don't trust them! Not a place I'd want to send a loved one to. I've been here for 6 months and I am leaving!
