<p>Mountainbrook Assisted Living is an <em>assisted care living facility (ACLF)</em>, which in the state of Tennessee is a facility that provides assistance with non-medical activities of daily living, administration of typically self-administered medications, and medical services subject to the limitations of these rules to residents. An assisted living facility may provide care to residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.</p>
