Do not recommend any Morada facility
I am not there now and never recommend any Morada facility except to enemies!
I haven't lived there in over a year now and the staff was good but most are gone.
Big issue is the big trash bins are in laundry rooms along with the vending machines. Still there today.

Morada Cedar Hill review
The facility was always clean and the front desk personnel always friendly.
The facility under went several key personnel changes several times. Notification was not given to responsible parties.
A hand written copy with a phone number and no given name was at the front desk. This was one of the many interim directors within two months period of time. When I inquired I had to write the person's name in myself. I called the number and the person who answered the number informed me she no longer worked for the facility and hung up.
Great convincing sales person. The contract for Level 1 stated assistance would be given for residents to shower twice a week this was not done. Bed linen would be changed and launder.
I was charged for insurance after being told I would not if I showed proof of insurance. Copies were made and given to the sales person. After many calls to the business office and leaving several message with no response. The refrigerator freezer stopped working notification was given, it was not fixed. After several months of no response from anyone, I decided to move my mom to another facility.

Morada Cedar Hill review
I moved out primary due to the food program. The serving times, quality as well as quantity. There were no seconds. There was no Sunday evening meal provided. The servers were mostly young and untrained. In the beginning there was a place where comments could be posted but it was soon removed and not replaced, probably because of the many negative comments being made. Daily group activities were practically unavailable.

My loved one is currently a resident at Morada Cedar Hill and everything about the experience has been great. The staff and care services are great. The cleanliness and friendliness are also great. It's a beautiful facility! I would recommend Morada Cedar Hill to others.

A very nice senior living facility
My mom is a resident here at Morada Cedar. Even though she only been here for 3 months, she is really enjoying herself as a resident here. The staff is very friendly and seems to care about the welfare of all resident in their community. My mom has only 2 complaints about the facility. One is the usual one for people who don’t like eating out. She says the food can be really good at times and not so good at other times. The other complaint is wishing they would gel a better control on the flies and small ants . I and others have spoken to the staff about the pest and the says they have been working on getting the pest under control . These two minor complaints is the only reason that I didn’t I give Morada a 5 star rating. Both complaints are easy to fix. From what I have experienced and observed for going there almost daily for 3 months, I would most definitely use this community living facility for myself when that time comes.

A great place for seniors to enjoy life and feel safe
A very pleasant looking and clean facility. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff are very good and so friendly. The move in process was okay. The meals are good. Maintenance men are quick to reply to requests. I would recommend Morada Cedar Hill to others.

We toured with Morada Cedar Hill and the facility was in need of repairs and upgrades. The residents there didn't appear to be active. These were the main reasons we did not choose this facility.

The only complaint is the food. All the residence complain about it. I like all the employees, the cleanest of the home and activities. I told my wife if we did not still have 4 dogs we would consider sell or home and move there.

Staff are friendly and caring. Food selections and taste could be a little better. When it comes to activities there is Casino, happy hour, movie nights, Walmart runs weekly, domino tournaments, church and live music.

Morada at 70
This is a good community for your elderly loved ones. I would say 70 and above this is a great fit and a great community, anyone younger than this might want to find somewhere more active and with more to do.
