Pleasant stay
While my mother’s stay, she was met with so much kindness ,understanding and overall care. All the staff was so friendly and caring. They went above and beyond in their everyday duties. Manager [name removed] was always available for questions and was so good about offering solutions. I would recommend this beautiful facility to anyone’s loved ones . The atmosphere is very loving. The building is clean and inviting. Every one from the janitor to the food service were very friendly and accommodating thank you Lakewood estates ??

The Hero of Lakewood Estates Retirement Residence
As a tenant of Lakewood Estates Retirement Residence, I must commend the exceptional service provided by Brooke, the sales manager. From the moment I first toured the facility, Brooke went above and beyond to ensure that my transition into retirement living was smooth and stress-free.
Her warmth and professionalism immediately put me at ease, and she took the time to address all of my questions and concerns with patience and understanding. Brooke's extensive knowledge of the residence and its amenities helped me feel confident in my decision to move in.
But what truly sets Brooke apart is her unwavering dedication to the well-being of the residents. When a sudden storm caused a power outage in our area, leaving many of us without electricity, Brooke sprang into action. She coordinated with local authorities to ensure that essential services were restored as quickly as possible, and personally checked in on each resident to ensure their safety and comfort during the outage.

Good experience
I went with Lakewood Estates because of the friendliness of their staff members that I met during the tour. The apartment sizes are ok for what I need. It is multi -level and it has ramps between the floors except for the top one and the bottom one. They have an elevator for those floors so it is easier to get around. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Not As Expected
The maintenance team member isn't always willing to assist my loved one. My loved one would like to move as they are unhappy here due to the experience with the food and the value for the money isn't there.
The residents are friendly and my loved one likes and enjoys the activities. We thought my loved one was getting assisted living and it turned out to be a retirement community instead.

Lakewood estates is a great place to live for seniors
Everyone is extremely friendly and the community is very clean. The staff are very exceptional. I feel like we have gotten a really good deal for what we have here. The rooms are a good size and there is a lot to do. There is a lot to participate in and it has been a very good experience for us.

Highly recommend
We chose Lakewood Estates because when my dad got here he said it was exactly what he was looking for and it fit all of his needs. I think the apartment size he has it good for what he needs at this point. They were very accommodating for me when we were moving my dad in and the staff here seem to be pretty knowledgeable. The chef here is extremely kind and helpful even outside of the kitchen. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

We chose Lakewood Estates because of the location and they did have all things included such as meals, weekly room cleanings, etc. and the whole package was better than what we were able to find elsewhere. The apartment sizes here were great. They were not big fans of the taste of the food, but I think the facility had a lot going for them we just didn't get to experience it all due to covid. I would definitely recommend them.

My Feedback on Lakeview Estates
The community sometimes has some turnover, and will have to pull back on housekeeping when this happens.
It is a pretty good place to live.
The only issue my loved one has in the food. It is sometimes cold, this is also in the dining room. The food is currently being delivered to the residents.

A great for my dad
The community has been great. The price is a great value and they give you more than other facilities. They accommodate their residence, my dad is in a wheelchair and they put hardwood floor to help him.
He loves the food there they are currently running cycles in the cafeteria or room delivery because of covid.
They also communicate any covid issue via text to all the families and lockdown the facility. They have bus transportation also.
