What we like the most about Holiday Greenwood is that it is in a convenient location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have interim health options, the cost is good and they have options at every meal.

We found that the lack of private laundry facilities detrimental to my wife's health. We much prefer to have a full kitchen and private laundry facilities in our apartment. Also, there was a lof of staff turnover.

We love the transportation and safety aspects, but there is no housekeeping in her room that we pay for monthly! And there is a no salt option on the menu.

I was so pleased with the tour at Greenwood we found a place for my father there
Greenwood Terrace by Holiday is a nice place to live it's very clean there are lots of activities the people are happy and friendly especially the people who work there like [name removed] and [name removed] the room is a nice size for my father the meals are delicious he is enjoying his time there And is starting to interact with other people the people have been helpful in getting him acclimated to his new home and showing him the ropes he enjoys the meals and some of the activities I presume he will get more involved the longer he is there The transportation that they have has been very good in getting him out and about and the ability to get his own groceries is very nice the trails have been a good thing for him to walk on he enjoys walking around outside when the weather permits

I believe, they need more employees to help with serving the residents their meals.I have witnessed my Dad waiting an hour to get his meal. I absolutely love Greenwood Terrace and my Dad is extremely happy with his care. Very thankful for all the nurses and employees also.Very caring.

Great facility, spacious rooms with excellent staff
My mother is currently a resident at Holiday Greenwood Terrace and her experience at this facility has been very good so far! This facility is great. The staff is excellent. The office staff is awesome to work with. The resident rooms are spacious. I would recommend this facility to others for the price, it's fairly competitive and definitely for the room that my mother is in.

Friendly and Caring Staff and Residents
I think the dining menu could use less Ham and more healthy low salt choices ?? My Mom loves the friendly community there! My Mom feels very safe there and has made many friends during bingo and bunko. She loves the Interim home health care workers as well. She is however a little disappointed that the beauty shop isn't staffed.

Love the apartment
Everyone is really nice. My Aunt isn't always clear on where to be for certain things, but she is learning.
The apartment that she has is really nice and she got a corner room with a bedroom and it has so many windows that let an amazing amount of natural light in. That is her favorite part. The girl that does her housekeeping is so friendly and does an excellent job as well.

Thankful for Greenwood Terrace!
We toured several places in the area and felt this one fit Mom's needs the most. We were right. It was in our price range, the staff worked tirelessly and were kind and gracious to all from the top down. It took her a bit to adjust leaving her home of many years, but she truly adjusted and found wonderful friends. She also felt safe in her apartment and in the building. I have many pictures of Momma with her friends at meals, at special activities, in her apartment there and in most all of them she is smiling and happy. It became a true community for her with her days left on this earth. A huge thank you to the staff for taking all of us in with open arms. We visited a lot and we were always welcomed. We also took advantage of the onsite nursing care when we needed home health care. They were respectful, loving and very competent. Thank you, Greenwood Terrace! I can't say enough good things about our experience. We are forever grateful.

We had a great tour experience with Holiday Greenwood Terrace. I felt that the facility would have been adequate for my loved one and what she was looking for, but the value for what you got and the location did not work out as good as another place we were looking at.

I liked this community also it was just older. The location was also further out than where I wanted my loved one to be at. I wanted them to be somewhere where they were familiar and could get around as they needed.
