About the facility Golden Horizons of Worthington
Our beautiful and modern new Memory Care community opened in June of 2021. This spacious community provides a peaceful and warm environment to enjoy the comforts at home with proper safety and care measures. The architectural design suites residents who are more prone to wandering, anxiety and high activity. Residents are able to stay active and do laps throughout our community so they live happy and healthy lives.
