It is a nice community
While my aunt was in assisted living her received excellent care. I just moved her to the other side in memory care. I'll find out my next visit. How things are going. The dining hall was elegant , the food good, my aunt enjoyed bingo and going to church. Cresent has events going on often, and they invite family members to attend.

Would not recommend
Friendliness - 4(staff) & 2(administrative staff). My mother was unable to walk down to eat & they just let her drink ensure everyday. What I saw was a 4 but my mother did not participate. Not pleased with way mother was treated. Charged us for 2 extra weeks after my mother passed away after falling at Crescent Landing and we had already emptied the room while she was still in hospital.
The facility seems great for someone able to take care of themselves but not for someone that should really be on the memory care part. That's where my mother was supposed to go but they changed her after she was admitted

Families experience.
What our family likes the most about Crescent Landing is the staff. They are very friendly. I wish there were more outings and activities for my dad to attend. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

If I could give a negative 10, I would
A relative is a resident in the memory care unit. The staff is rude for the most part, there are some pleasant staff. But, they question what you have brought and tell you NO Candy, NO more books, NO cokes. For God's sake, this person deserves the right to die by chocolate if she wants, she eats her regular meals so WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? The staff will not help if this person can't get the t.v. on, they don't provide toilet paper! If this relative (or any others there) can't remember things, how are they going to know to ask their guardian or family member to bring t.p.? For the amount of money she is paying to be there, you would think the staff would cater to her, but alas, it doesn't happen.
They even took her phone away when they thought we were calling too much! I proved that it was her calling me, not the other way around and had to get lawyers involved to get the phone back. I don't have guardianship over my relative and it breaks my heart to see her there.

Tour of Crescent Landing
I toured Crescent Landing at Hattiesburg and it was a great tour experience and first impression. We chose another community because it was smaller and I felt like my mom wouldn't get lost in the crowd there. At the same time, it wasn't so small that she wouldn't have anonymity. The price of the other community was also a better fit.

Amazing Facility and incredible Staff.
I am so happy I chose this Facility for my Mom who enjoys living here.
The staff is amazing and always available for help and are so caring.
[name removed] the Administrator cares very much for her residents and has helped me anytime I have an issue.
Her concern for my Moms well being as well as the other residents is very comforting.
I don’t have to worry about Mom now as I know she is well taking care of and Happy.

We are pleased with this community.
This is a nice clean well taken care of community. Mom likes the food. They offer daily activities and they even had a party to celebrate Mardi Gras that included family. The staff have always been nice and friendly. This community was a good choice for us and I would recommend it.

Wonderful Service !!
My loved one has been receiving excellent service from all of the care team at this community. The meals are delicious and there is always a variety of different foods for my mother to choose from. She is really liking the bingo and many other activities they bring in throughout the week.

Getting Better Everyday
I'am getting better everyday here at this community. I'am still adjusting to everything, but so far it has been a nice experience. The community looks nice and clean. The staff is kind and very friendly, they are always very cheerful. The food is good, I enjoy the meals. Everyday things get a little better. This is a community I would recommend.
