They actually bring their staff in and train their staff in and I see them utilizing her techniques all the time. I would highly recommend Cambrian to others looking. As far as hygiene and toileting - they are totally on top of it. They are on top of any needs a resident has. They are in complete communication with the family and always asking questions about anything they make need to know about your loved one. Their staff is full of people who have been there for a long time - they retain staff and they genuinely enjoy working there.
