Residents will live in a wheelchair-accessible studio apartment that is outfitted with various safety features and housekeeping amenities that keep their space tidy and safe.</p> <p>At Azura Memory Care of Manitowoc, residents are served three nutritious meals per day in the community dining room. In between meal times, residents may try their hand at a number of planned activities such as games, arts and crafts projects, exercise programs, and more.</p> <h3>State Classification</h3> <p>Azura Memory Care of Manitowoc is a <em>community based residential facility (CBRF)</em>, which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision.
