Compassion Around Every Corner
My loved one has only been at Arden Courts for a short period of time. I placed him there because you can tell how much they care. They have passion for what they do. When touring other places and interacting with them, you did not get that, but at Arden Courts you do. It doesn't matter what position they hold. Each person there cares.

Arden Courts Ft. Myers
The staff are friendly and know all the names of the people there. Hourly, they go through and locate every person in their hall. My mom is doing well there. They have lots of walking area, inside and out.
There is only one person per room. Twin bed, night stand, dresser, and chair. Each room has an a/c, bathroom, and closet.

Arden Courts a ProMedica Memory Care review
What our family likes the most about Arden Courts is the homemade food, the staff knows where the people are always. Mom seems to like it there. Atmosphere is nice. Big area outside to walk and many places to sit. Lots of the people walk a lot, including mom.

A nice place for loved ones
Our family is very happy having our loved one here and based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families. They have a ton of different activities for the residents to do - our loved one really enjoys the live music entertainment. They have videos with old fashion singers, there is chair balloon volleyball, bingo and much more. They also have really nice walking areas outside.

We were very very interested in Arden Courts for our mother. We were trying to get in contact with the sales person to set up a time with them and no one ever got back to us so unfortunately it fell through. It would have been our top choice.

My husband was admitted to Arden Courts 7 months ago. Everyone was so welcoming and caring. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. When I ask him how he's being treated he always says everyone is very good to him. I get great comfort knowing how well he's cared for.

The best thing I can say about Arden Courts is that my husband is content and comfortable here. That says volumes for the quality of the staff working here. The Care Level has Exceeded My Expectations
Arden Courts has the most comprehensive activities for memory care that I've found. This is what memory care is all about for me. They have excellent nursing and care in my opinion.
There are activities from 9:30 am to 7 pm except for meal times. They have a wide variety of physical activities, games, discussions, and exercises that are available.

Praise to our heroes!
My husband has been well taken care of during the Covid Virus. I call him everyday, see him on the computer once a week. He sounds and looks healthy. Any problems or questions they contact me ASAP. I really appreciate this. This is the longest we have been apart and they help to ease my mind. The caregivers are so good to him and to me. They truly are heroes.

I have been a few times on a visit. Very friendly staff. They are very patient with the residents, mindful that they are engaged in activities that stimulate positive reactions. The residents look and smell clean and well cared for. Activity Director [name removed] even knows who likes to dance and participate. Nice safe place!!

As a long time volunteer at this community, I can honestly say it is me of the best run facilities of its kind. My therapy dog and I have visited many other assisted living complexes and Alzheimer facilities. Arden Court employees are very caring and loving, the facility and patients are always clean and well taken care of. I have referred many of my friends with elderly parents to this facility.

Very comfortable with what I see here
My friend who resides here is very happy. I can see when I visit her that she is well cared for and content. She is always doing some sort of activity. The staff is very attentive to her needs. When I visit her I always feel welcomed by the staff and the managers. I know she is in the right place.

My sister and I toured 6 communities before making the decision to move our mom from Palm View in Cape Coral to Arden Courts in Fort Myers. We were impressed with [name removed] and her staff - particularly the way they interact with Alzheimer's patients. We also like the outside areas which give Mom freedom instead of feeling trapped in a building. It has only been a few weeks since Mom moved in but we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.
