Activities are repetitive and unimaginative. Almost impossible to get ride to doctors appointment.\nOverall I would rate facility about a 4. One major problem with nurse should not reflect on entire facility. If she worked for me I would dismissed her. I have a BSN and MSN I taught nursing and directed nursing programs.
