They have done a very good job.
We have had the same the same the caregiver, almost all of the time. There was one time that something unforeseeable came up and they weren't able to give us a replacement. Other than that if there has been anything foreseeable, they have had a replacement right away. There was one caregiver we didn't really care for, there were a few issues, she was just not a good fit with us. Everyone else has been great.
