Autumn Home Care of Johnston County in Selma, NC

4.8
Autumn House Care of Johnson County is a small, quiet, rural facility. Female only. Not a large staff but adequate for the number of residents. They communicate well with the family. We didn't need activities just a peaceful place. So if you need that, another home may suit you better.
