The staff has been wonderful. The room is always clean and smells clean and smell great. Everyone is willing to help each other.

I love everything here. We have fun everyday. I really like the garden club. We went to the zoo and had the best time. This is a happy home.

We really didn't get to experience the food or activities, but everything else was definitely a 5! What we like the most about the community is how attentive the staff were. They TRULY worked hard to feed and keep my mom comfortable. They were all so kind, helpful and empathetic. Just a wonderful place. Highly recommend.

My mom has lived at Kempton for two years. Making the decision to move her there at such a young age(68 years old) was the hardest decision I’ve ever made. I can say with 100% certainty that it is truly the best decision and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. They truly have become part of our family. Her health improved greatly because she was socializing and moving around more than when she lived alone. Kempton has so many staff members that have been with them for over 10 years(some are nearing 30 years). That is a true testament to the workplace culture. I could write all day about the staff if I named each one individually and things they have done to go above and beyond. The caregivers are true angels and I witness the love they have for the residents every time I’m there. The management team is AMAZING! The facility is always clean and there are no odors when you walk the halls. Tour Kempton before making a decision to move your loved one and see for yourself!

Wonderful staff and such a welcoming feel. Staff has long-tenured and that is rare these days. Everyone is friendly and love the front porch with the rockers. Full day of activities on the weekends too, and that is rare.

They are helpful and cooperative during the leasing process. The complete staff is friendly. The community opened in [date removed]. They have 1and 2 BR apartment. (We were able to get a 2BR/2.5BA corner apartment with full kitchen, an L-shape patio.) Kempton was a wonderful place for my mom and she really thrived in that sweet community of caregivers and new buddies. The staff were attentive, friendly, and compassionate with families and residents. Mother felt loved and safe with them all. The leadership was very responsive and addressed any concern promptly. And, honestly the only concerns were learning mom's care routine in the beginning and sometimes laundry issues. I highly recommend The Kempton. They exceeded my expectations, and I'm a tough customer!

Inspire Royal Park is a great place for living life fuller!! I went from life in doors to enjoying life outside my apartment!! From walking with a cane to working out in the gym to swimming and walking around the place!! I love it!!

We moved my mom into Wellington Bay assisted living in December after my dad passed away and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It was an adjusted for mom being in a new place and it did take a couple of months for her to acclimate to a new community but now she is doing beautifully. Wellington Bay is a new and fresh community that is extremely well maintained. From the moment that mom moved in, she was welcomed by [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]who went above and beyond to have mom feel comfortable. Now that she’s lived there for almost 6 months, mom is truly enjoying living at Wellington Bay. [name removed]continues to go out of her way to make sure that there are always new and fun activities for the residents to participate in. The nursing and staff aides are wonderful and are always willing to help the residents when they can. Special shout out to [name removed] and [name removed]! THANK YOU to all of the administration, nurses and staff!

One of the hardest decisions to make is finding the proper residential facility for your parents. The experience with Wellington Bay has exceeded my expectations. Our first visit was to view the property, meet staff and become educated on the parent company and their values. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. We had the opportunity to bring my parents for a visit, meet the staff, residents and enjoy a meal. Before signing a lease, all fees were explained, to include any services that may be an additional charge. We have always found all the staff to be attentive, kind, friendly and engaged with the residents and their families. They strive to provide activities so the residents have interaction and also plan outings for all the residents. Nurses, CNA's and Physical Therapy is available on site. The staff keeps family members informed on the activities of the resident, and any concerns they may see.

What we like the most about The Carlisle is that the staff are attentive to issues , work with the insurance, good security, help stimulate [name removed] into the groups. Yes. They are now under new ownership so I don't know if things will change

This is a warm, independent, and welcoming community in an ideal location—just one block from the beach and a short walk to the Intracoastal. The staff is exceptionally friendly and goes out of their way to foster connections, often seating residents with different groups during meals to help everyone get to know one another. They also offer guest rooms for visiting family, which is a wonderful touch. My father-in-law stayed here for a month and genuinely seemed to enjoy his time—both the setting and the sense of community.

We have been looking for a place for dad. We knew it had to be very special for him to make the transition. We took him to Wellington Bay. The staff is wonderful, there is always someone at the front desk to help you check in and answer questions. Everyone has made a point to know my father and make him feel like he is at home. The dinning area is beautiful and my Dad enjoys going down for every meal which includes a grand piano that they have someone come in and play for events. A very elegant atmosphere for dinning!! The rooms are spacious and my Dad was able to take many of his special items from his house. He has always been very proud of his home and can still feel that way having such a spacious home in this community. The outside patio is gorgeous and my Dad is found out there a lot and I feel good knowing he is getting fresh air and some daily vitamin D. There is also a balcony off of each floor looking over water and a fountain. Plenty of activities as well.

It has been almost a year since my husband moved into Wellington bay assisted living. We both have been very pleased, from the beautiful facilities to the wonderful, caring staff. The food is excellent and I eat there frequently with him. I am totally comfortable with my husband’s quality of care. The staff knows us both and is always knowledgeable and helpful. I can highly recommend this facility.

All the staff at Wellington Bay care about their residents!!! [name removed] and [name removed] always greet me by my first name and ask about my dad. [name removed] and [name removed] helped My dad and I navigate a trying time for our family!! The nurses and staff in memory care always go the extra mile to make their residents feel included and loved! This is an outstanding facility from the maintenance staff all the way to executive director help and care about their residents.
