Recent reviews for senior apartments in Joy

The Village at Penfield

5.0
I would rate the staff a 5! I would recommend, and have already, to anyone who needs help with a loved one. The patience, the concern and care given to the caregiver is above top notch. Thank you for helping me out, not once but twice, with finding a place for my mom.

The Gardens (Gananda Senior Apartments) in Macedon, NY

4.3
The staff are attentive to tenants needs, but they have a difficult time keeping maintenance workers because they don't pay well. Outside needs are somewhat neglected (keeping up the outside building).
