It's been really good. She is making it her own. They were the only one in the general area. Compared to other apartment complexes, it's a small development, and very clean. The manager was very inviting. She is happy with it, and so we are happy with it.

I would say, I love living here! It's independent senior living. My mobile home is comfy/cozy. I have a beautiful view of the lake and the sunsets are gorgeous! My neighbors are pretty nice too as it management and maintenance people.

No care provided by Kensington. No meals or dining provided by Kensington. it's really expensive but is a lovely place. There is a problem that has not been resolved. Several tenants have complained about the entry door banging very loudly.
