Vista Springs, LLC

I would rate Vista Springs Greenbriar a 5 as it is a wonderful place and my mother Loves being there everything is clean and the staff is great with all the residents. The dining room is gorgeous, but there seems to be a constant change over in the chef and my mom has said that there is too much seasoning in the food. Activities have declined as well and at the monthly resident meeting, they have asked the organizers to try and set up a monthly calendar. They do have transportation for the residents who need it and they try to arrange outings as well. I would definitely recommend Vista Springs Greenbriar it is the best. Also, I would like to say that my SLA with A Place for Mom was wonderful she stayed right on top of things and held my hand all the way. I also tell everyone who is looking for help with their loved love to call A Place for Mom they are wonderful.

My mother has been at Vista Springs Greenbriar for about a month and a half and she is making the transition from her home slowly but surely and she likes her apt in the assited living area. They do supply her with help in cleaning and laundry. My mom is getting to know the other residents and we are very please with the care they show the residents at Vista Springs Greenbrair. They have a very nice dining room and my mom enjoys going there to eat and the food is pretty good as well. There are lots of activities for the residents, and my mom does enjoy being a part of the activities, the staff are all friendly and they do to keep me informed about things with my mom. They provide group transportation to the grocery stores, shopping, and Walmart. I would most definitely recommend Vista Springs Greenbriar to my friends and Family.

Beautiful real estate but too expensive for the area. Other properties closeby offer the same at a lower price. Too many bells and whistles for my mom.

Based on the experience our family has had so far with Vista Springs, we are Overall very happy with the facility. I do highly recommend Vista Springs in Washington

I picked this community because it was close to my residence so I could visit as often as I needed. Considering he was failing health, my Dad was always complimentary on the service and care. The food could have been more seasoned though. The food needs to be more seasoned, and better menu. A hot dog is not a entrée that should be on menu.

We toured here, and I really liked this community. It's beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful when we visited. I must say that this community was nicer than some hotels I've stayed at. However it was quite expensive, and it wouldn't have been the best fit for my loved one.

Brand new. Nice Staff. Location convenient but not visually appealing.

My mother has been here for two weeks, and this is the second time she has been here. She sustained some injuries the last time she was here because she would get out of bed and try to do things she really needs help with. Now she has a bed alarm she can use when she needs assistance. She seems happier and more secure this time around, and she seems to be settling in nicely.

When we were shown the rooms they had available my dad was a little overwhelmed by the sales aspect. They showed us many rooms to see the options. However maybe being paying attention to one's exact wants and needs can cut down on one getting overwhelmed.

Would not recommend going there. The facility looks great and clean but the individual room was always left with dirty dishes on the counter area, the carpet was dirty and they misplaced half of his towels and sheets (which we never got back).

We picked this community because. it was a very convincing trope about high level medical resources being available. False expectations.

Unfortunately Vista Springs did not work out for our loved one. There was a big turnover with the top staff, it was not well run and we would not recommend them to others.

The facility is beautiful inside and out. Dining services are great. The rooms are plenty spacious. The staff is friendly. However, sometimes my mother has gotten her medications late due to only having 1 nurse working 3 floors. They could definitely benefit having more nurses available.

Beautiful property but care is questionable. When asked clinical questions I got no concrete answers. We are looking for memory care for my mom and they have no special programs, memory meals or the like. This might be a place for IL but in a Walmart parking lot it is not a value.

I would not recommmend. There is no compassion in this building. I felt a high pressured sales pitch the minute I met the salesperson.

My Dad lives there. What they promised is not happening. The place has been opened for two months and is very unorganized. I would not recommend this community, they are not true to their word. The activities are not geared to everyone. They have no library, no activity room, no theater room. Its time to move on.

My husband and I went to Vista Springs Tuesday morning with flowers and candy for a long time neighbor and friend only to be told we couldn’t leave it because our friend was no longer there. My husband asked them where she was. The lady said wait a minute came back and said we had to call[name removed] and did we have her number? We asked where are friend was and was told she couldn’t tell us and told again call [name removed]. [name removed] is the receptionist at guardian [name removed] office. We left and called from the parking lot [name removed] said she didn’t know why they told us to call her that we needed to talk to [name removed] and she hung up. When my husband called back, [name removed] answered and said [name removed] was on another call and to leave a message which he did. We never did hear from her. This facility only follows the money trail, HAS NO common courtesy! We later found out our friend had passed away at the facility. There is NO Empathy here!!
