Synergy HomeCare of Edmond has really great caregivers. At the moment the person that is helping my mother is providing great services. They help prepare healthy meals and make sure the portions are good. My mother likes them to assist her with re-organizing the house and watering the plants they do a great job. I would recommend this place, the caregivers are very friendly and they make sure my mother is safe.

Everything is going very well for my father with this home care agency. I really like our current care giver. She is great with all the help she provides. I know my father is in good hands and being cared for well. The agency has been great to work it. Overall I would recommend this home care agency.

I got what I asked for. Someone who could help me unclutter my apartment so it won't be dangerous to me and I won't trip over things. When one person couldn't come, they sent others equally as competent.

I used this agency to help care for my mom. The duration was for a week and during that time it was good assistance. I thought the caretaker was very good providing help. I am very pleased with this home care agency. The caregiver helps mom with her personal needs as well as light housekeeping. They are also a companion for her. They made the process of setting up the service easy.

Christina from Synergy Home Health Care was awesome. She came out quickly to do a needs assessment of what my in-laws needed at their residence, and customized a custodial plan for them and made sure we were all involved in a discussion of wants, needs and concerns.

The caregivers at this home car agency have been great. They help my mom with not only her personal needs but also light housework and cooking. The office staff explained things well and it has been a great experience working with them.

My friend is doing quite well since she started to receive services from Synergy home care. She has adjusted pretty well to the home care coming and cleaning for her. They are doing an acceptable job with cleaning her home. They do arrive on time and the owners have been great to work with. They were good. I liked Craig, he was really good. They sent good people, Mom really liked the last girl they sent. I did like the younger caregivers they sent, they seemed a little less jaded. There was really nothing bad about them. If it comes up we would use their service again in the future.

They are wonderful. We have been very pleased with them. We have a very nice lady that comes in and gets right to work. It has really been very helpful, she has become like family.

Everything is going fine since Synergy has come in and started helping out with my mother. She seems to be adjusting ok with the transition. My mother needs are a little different and they have been more the accommodating with her. The staff comes and helps with the cleaning and cooking and my mother has told me she doing fine with the staff that comes in. Overall I'm satisfied with the Home Care.

Anna came to my home for an evaluation. We talked about my mother in laws needs and my needs as well. I decided to have someone come to my home twice a week. My mother in law was very apprehensive and nervous about this "new person". But from the moment she showed up, we knew that Anna had matched us up with the perfect caregiver. Now I can have some time for myself each week and I know my mother in law is in good hands and well cared for. For those of you who are trying to care for a senior family member in your home, I would highly recommend Synergy Homecare.
