[name removed] was very professional and took the effort to interact with my wife with dementia the guests were engaged and the programming was geared towards the residents.

Lovely facility Beautiful property Way out of our price range as we just discovered my ex-husband has no money and is in deep debt!!! He will be homeless in May. Trying to work on not letting that happen.

What we like the most about Springpoint Living at Manalapan is that they pay attention to detail. The focus is on the residents comfort and care. An excellent facility. It is expensive but you get what you pay for.

5 across the board for Springpoint Living at Manalapan. My Mom loved it there. We will definitely have her stay there for respite again and would consider it for long term care. Based on the experience we have had so far with the community, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

My loved one is currently a resident at Springpoint Living at Manalapan and this facility is great! It's a very nice facility. The place is fairly new and it's affordable. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My aunt was a resident at Springpoint Living at Manalapan. Before moving, she lived alone for the last 35 yrs of her life and was at a point where she could not safely stay at home anymore. Both my aunt and the rest of our family were nervous about the move. However, our worries went away fast. The facility and apartments are beautiful and up to date, and the staff was first class. They genuinely care about each resident that is living there. She was there for about six months before her body started to fail, and she passed away. We were able to have hospice care at the facility in her apartment, and the staff was very attentive to her needs. In her last few weeks, we were there every day all day. I'm grateful to Springpoint's staff for the quality of care and attention they gave her, and I recommend them to any family who finds themselves looking for an assistive living home for their loved one.

My Aunt is in the memory care section of SpringPoint of Manalapan. The facility is super clean and the entire staff is friendly, caring and eager to help in any way they can. As a family, we are very happy with everything and everyone who plays a role in my Aunt’s care. I especially want to highlight [name removed] [name removed] and [name removed] . Those two woman always go above and beyond and my Aunt enjoys her time there. I would highly recommend this particular location.

We have had an excellent experience so far, the place is lovely and overall we are very pleased. Just like everybody else there are times where you can tell they are understaffed but they are still very attentive to our loved one. We are very pleased with the care our loved one is receiving especially from the nursing crew. They have wonderful daily activities going on. The value for the money is on the higher side of cost for assisted living compared to other places but it is a beautiful place and she feels very well cared for. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend to other families. We have been completely impressed by the director - she sends out weekly emails to the family members and during the Omicron outbreak she became an even better communicator. She sends out statistics about all the employees and residents, who all is sick and out. She even set up zoom meetings with the residents and families every week when they would have to be in lock down. It was always an open floor for questions and she was just incredibly professional.

So far it's top of the line. Its certainly more expensive, but you get what you pay for. And I feel I'm getting my money's worth. They are on top of everything, they have lots of activities going on, and they keep their word. They can't seem to do enough for you, which is nice. I also like that it's a community where my loved one can live forever, no matter what happens with her health down the road.

There are so many things to like about living at Winchester Gardens. For me, especially, it's the dedicated care my wife who is afflicted with Alzheimer's disease receives as a resident of the Assisted Living community. My apartment in the independent living community is nearby and I'm grateful to be able to spend a part of each day at her side.

We like the care that is given the nice staff for the care for my mom. The community is clean and the environment is very nice. The menu is appealing and the variety. They offer nice activities for residents. We would recommend the good care and value for loved ones with a good value for care needed.

My wife and I are very happy at this community. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The food tastes good and there is a good variety of choices. We have a nice apartment and a lot of friendly neighbors. I would recommend this clean community.

This was very nice, probably, for my mom, too pricey. It's a new facility, kind of had state of the art amenities and in life, you get what you pay for. If money was not the issue, Francisican would have been our first choice. The assisted living was completely sequestered from the independent living and that was kind of important to us.

We chose Winchester Gardens at the time because I was impressed with the appearance and the cleanliness of the facility and also what I heard from the marketing staff and administration. It is in a beautiful setting and everyone seemed to be very friendly. I think the room sizes are fine, they are a little smaller than a couple of other places that I saw, but it is certainly adequate. Since he has been here we have had a couple of issues come up such as when he rings his buzzer for help they are not responding as quickly as they should be. Also, they are supposed to provide transportation to doctors appointments and that has not been happening since they do not have a driver available, so we have had to cancel a few appointments. Overall I would recommend them to others who are looking.

They are a very good community. They really know how to take care of the residents. They give them the right medication and at the right time. Our loved one feels very safe and secure here. We liked them so much we have already recommended them to friends and family.

Saw this awhile back. It's okay, but I think we like others better.

Beautiful building(1929) but poor neighborhood.

This was a nice community very nicely decorated. The staff was very nice and friendly. After touring the community I decided it was not going to be a good fit.
