The first time I came into Grand Villa I knew this was were I wanted to live. I didn’t need to see any other communities. Everyone was so nice and friendly to me. The food was delicious. It felt like home immediately and I’m so happy here. If I could do a commercial for Grand Villa I absolutely would!

Everyone is super nice and very attentive. They have lots of activities. And the food is very good. Mainly my dad is very happy. I would recommend this place.

[name removed] was awesome during my tour for my mom. She was super friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. The whole place felt really welcoming and left me feeling good about the care my mom would get here.

Great overall experience and feel so happy to leave my father here with such warm loving care! We toured the place to make sure my dad would be happy here and he was is very content and at peace! Wakes my heart up thinking he is okay!

I went to visit my sister at Grand Villa last week. Prior to living there she was not very social because she could no longer drive and felt that limited her interactions with her friends. Since then, she has met a small group of residents who have welcomed her in. She is still getting settled into the community, but the staff and fellow residents have made the transition a much easier one. As a worried family member I am grateful to see her find a welcoming community.

I have been a resident here for almost five years and I love it and am very happy! The staff is wonderful and caring. If I am in need of medical attention, most everything is readily available and coordinated with the clinical team. The activities are plentiful and varied and my favorites are exercising daily in the gym, word in a word, dinner and a movie and taking shopping trips on our bus. The Maintenance team is great and accommodating and I have the pleasure of the WiFi for my laptop and electronics. I would recommend living here to everyone.

GrandVillas is a warm and welcoming place. From the time we were greeted at the front door to the medics, to the Housekeeper's to the wonderful ED. Everything is taken care of and seem to be in a timely manner.. mom has made lots of friends there and she's very happy. She looks forward to her game and also sitting by the swimming pool. Our family knows she's well taken care of and it gives us great peace of mind.

I love the way my mom has the freedom to go out even though she is in memory care. She seems very happy , therefore I am happy. The staff is super attentive, and very accommodating. I am very grateful!!!

Not only is Tuscan gardens a beautiful building with wonderful staff members who truly care about their residents but they also have so many resources on site. This is so helpful. They have a Physician, Pharmacy, Podiatry and even Dermatology. They also have their own Physical Therapy team who have been tremendous in keeping my husbands strength up. I am very grateful to have found Tuscan Gardens.

I moved my parents into Tuscan Gardens. We looked for 6 months before making the final decision. From the moment we walked in we were treated so well. From the Director to the front desk and the staff we passed in the halls. The sales team made the process so smooth. Responded after hours and made sure we understood all the steps. My parents were coming from another state so it was a challenge but the ladies made it so easy for us. I waited to write a review to see how things would go for sometime prior to this post. I truly am pleased as are my parents.

Tuscan is a great facility! The sales team is excellent. They have the best activities, they do such an amazing job! The socialization for my mom has made her transition into assisted living easier than we could have ever imagined.

Grand villa impressed me from beginning to end. Their website is a true depiction of their level of care, cleanliness, activities, and facility overall. Their staff is unbelievably helpful. Summer gave me a tour (with my hyperactive young kids in tow) and didn’t give me the impression she was rushed! When my grandma decided she was ready to move into assisted living, summer and May held our hands during the transition. Their unmatched professionalism made an otherwise stressful process easy and simple. Grandma has been living at Grand Villa for a few months now and I’ve visited many times. Her suite is always spotless and she is very well cared for- she loves the food and she now looks ten years younger than she did on the day she moved in! I am so thankful for Grand Villa and their team of angels!

5+. I love Grandville. Its what people do when no one is looking that counts too. My sister who has MS and is legally blind has been there over a year and loves it. The attention to detail is very good. They are aware if she decides not to go to the dining room for dinner and will come and get her.if she refuses baths fir any reason Im contacted. The Director is very approachable, the activities Director visibly lives her job and the people. She talks with them hugs them and is happy to be there. No place is perfect but if anything cones up, I have never had difficulty reaching anyone. The matter is addressed immediately. I have direct contact with all departments.

Friendly staff and environment. Makes you feel confident that your loved one is being taken care of. Yes, we would recommend Grand Villa of Palm Coast to other families based on the experience so far.

After my father passed my mom moved in with me. She is diagnosed with dementia. Mom lived with us for 7 months. It was extremely difficult to manage her and basically turned our lives upside down . I started looking into assisted living facilities. The thought of placing her in one made me feel so guilty. We went around to different facilities. When we walked into Grand Villa East and took a tour with Summer we knew we had found a new home for mom. The activities and dining rooms are amazing. Their lunch and dinner menus options always are top notch. They have several bedroom layouts and we found an affordable one for our mom. Mom’s been there for a month, she’s made friends and we are all happy with our decision. I don’t have the guilt I had before. Grand Villa East has been a blessing to our family.

There are multi levels of care here, from independent living to memory care. There are multi levels of room rents too. and they are Medicaid approved. The staff all are very caring and friendly as are the residents. It's like a big happy family here. They have many activities, but also free time when you can do as you like.

I was in a community that closed its doors and was transferred to a rehab. I felt I would never find a place to call home again. My friend found Grand Villa and I am so pleased with my new home! Everyone has gone above and beyond to help me get settled. The food, entertainment, other residents are all above and beyond so good. I have had fun decorating my new room and feel this is my forever home.

I have a small dog and was so pleased that this place allows dogs. I can’t imagine being without her, she’s such good company for me since my wife died. They have several dogs and everyone treats them like family. As you pass an office the managers all have treats. This place is so clean and the care is exceptional. This is a beautiful place to live for the 2 of us.

Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach has been an incredible home for our loved one. From the very first day, the staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like family. The caregivers are compassionate, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure each resident feels valued and cared for. The community is beautiful, clean, and full of engaging activities that bring joy and purpose to daily life. We have complete peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe, happy, and surrounded by people who truly care.
