I am very pleased about Carriage Hill! It has been a great place for my husband, he is adjusting well.

My mother loves this place and so do I. It’s extremely clean. All of the staff are so kind. The activities director Helena is incredible. The administrator Jennifer has been great working with us on a couple behavioral issues I had with my mom. My mom says everyone feels like family there. My mind is at ease knowing she has community here. When she was staying with us she seemed to be going down hill but we saw a huge improvement after the first few months living here. She has her own routine and social support.

This facility was on the smaller side but I found it to be charming. Everyone was very friendly and the residents seemed happy. I would recommend this one.

It was great. [Name Removed] was so kind. Place was clean. Seemed to have a laid back atmosphere and willing to individualize care as needed. Cozy and not overwhelming. We actually picked this place for my sisters care.

Executive Director appears very competent and extremely pleasant. Overall, facility looked good. Need to compare others.

5 For each and every category! We are so fortunate to have found a "unicorn" of assisted living for my parents!! We toured 4 facilities and this one definitely felt warm, inviting, and brimming with activity. Two of the facilities felt like they were waiting for Death to come take them. The staff is wonderful--very supportive and pleasant. My father has said the environment and overall feel is "like a cruise, where everyone is happy and there's always something going on." What really stuck out to me when we toured was that 4 different couples approached my parents and welcomed them.

When I visited, I noticed how good the food looked and my sister said that it was quite good. The staff were so very attentive. My sister had no complaints and they always answered my questions. They were friendly, kind and compassionate not to just my sister but to all of the residents. I have a tremendous amount of respect for them because their jobs are not easy. I want to compliment [name removed] as she went above and beyond to help me get my sister into Hunt Trace. It was most positive atmosphere. They have great activities such as sing alongs, they really keep the residents busy.

They need more waitstaff. They have ambassadors/residence to help new people get acclimated.

[Name Removed] The Sales Director is Amazing...Very knowledgeable and patient... Answered all our questions...even talked favorably of other facilities we planned to visit... [Name Removed] also knew the name of every resident...which was very impressive. Sunflower Springs is in a very nice quiet area and the facility seemed very modern and clean . Weekly Happy Hour went on as we were leaving and we decided to stay..My Mom really began to feel comfortable after staying for that event A very great experience for a not so great time in our lives .Thanks to [name removed] for setting up our appointment.

Facility was great. Staff very knowledgeable. I even texted them back today about long term care and if it was offered.

Value for the money. I couldn't afford it anymore. It was a great experience. I moved out with my son.

The staff is so friendly and so helpful. Lots of activities every day to keep active. Extremely clean. And affordable. Especially compared to NJ. The staff goes above and beyond to look out for the residents. Even in the independent living. Very responsive and attentive.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. the facility is clean and lovely and the cookies ?? are yummy! I can't wait to move in. Looking forward to moving in!

All 5 stars! Top notch facility. The staff are what makes this place great. The location is also wonderful. I highly recommend Seagrass Village to other families looking.

Friendly staff, CLEAN facilities, gorgeous grounds. Perfect sized apartments with huge bathroom and shower. I'm jealous of it. Jealous of the ceiling fans and view from his 3rd floor pool view apartment. Floors were clean and in good repair, paint was in his repair and color scheme was modest (good)
