I love it here. I like the people here. The residents and staff are all lovable and kind. You can't beat it. I've been at 4 other facilities, and this is the best. The staff is very helpful. I think it's the best place.

Of the many facilities that we saw, we found not only the staff but also the residents the most friendly at Preston Pointe. In an industry that often has less than favorable reviews, I can not say enough good things about this facility. We were very impressed with the length of employment of many of the staff members. This told us that they treat their people well and therefore the staff are happy and proud to work there. The facility was undergoing some updating while we were touring and the measures taken to keep the facility clean and residents safe were impressive. Food was a big issue for us and Preston Pointe had us for lunch the first day that we toured. We visited the facility several times and the consistency of categories #1 through #7 above were notable. As for the value for the money, Preston Pointe could not be beat. It was the lowest cost per month facility. No astronomical buy-ins, no spend down meals, great meal time flexibility. We are very happy with our choice.

The activities are awesome! There's always something to participate in. There's lots of variety of food. The renovations are lovely. And most of all, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The facility is beautiful. The staff loves all the residents. If you are looking for care, comfort, and compassion this is the place! They truly care. I am so blessed to have found this place. Blessed!

John Wesley Villas is a wonderful place for the retired to live. The staff are very attentive and caring. They have activities for every one, bingo, board games, musical programs and educational seminars. My friend loves the food! I would definitely recommend John Wesley to everyone that is looking for an Assisted Living community.

The staff respects me and my independence but is here to help me whenever I need it. They help me get dressed and shower and do a wonderful job and very careful. I feel very safe with their care. The food is always tasty and good variety. There’s always things going on if you like to be social and active. I love the friends I’ve made and the staff treats me like family. I love my home at the Villas.

The staff were just so welcoming and courteous every step of the way. The facilities were well kept and residents seemed to happy to be there. The landscaping was so pretty with tulips popping up everywhere. The menu items for all three meals sounded so delicious and fresh. What an amazing experience it was!

Top notch facilities. Wonderful residents. The staff is very friendly and inviting. The grounds are beautiful. Great food and helpful and friendly services. Many fun and enjoyable activities. I’ve seen many other facilities in the area and this is one of the best places to visit. If my mother decides to look into retirement living I will definitely recommend John Wesley Villas.

My parents love staying at John Wesley Villas. They say the staff is very courteous and is always willing to help them. They love the grounds and the safety of the property, especially the 24 hour care and the night managers, also having so many activities on property keep the busy all day. It's a wonderful place for them.

My father has lived at John-Wesley Villas for a few years now. Started in the apartments and then moved to assisted living when his health declined. I can’t say enough about this community. The apartments and assisted living is the best in town. They treat my father so well. The apartments had great amenities as far as meals and house keeping. Now in assisted living they take all the stress and worry from him. He gets to just enjoy himself doing the activities and parties and hanging out with his friends. They do all the meal prep/chores/house keeping, plus keep him safe. The staff loves him like their own parents! I’m so blessed to have him there. They’re currently having big renovations to improve and update the property, it’s nice to know they are putting money back into the property for the residents! Food is always good, dad had lost weight when his health declined but gained it all back in assisted living- which is a good thing!

Mom absolutely loves John Wesley. She says she feels at home. The atmosphere, the activities and most importantly she says everyone here is just like family. We are so thankful we chose John-welsey for her!

This place is the best of the best and has been in this industry the longest. Their retirement living section is wonderful and has great amenities. Beautiful landscaping and updated apartments. They have a clubhouse where meals and activities take place. The assisted living layout is the best I’ve seen. Very open concept and easy for residents to get to meals and activities. Staff seems very friendly and love their residents. All ground level community and each apartment for independent and assisted living has access to patio outside. They always seem to have activities going on here so my loved one is never bored. My loved one started in independent and transferred to assisted and could not be more happy. They take wonderful care of her.

They have a very nice culture here. The people are just so friendly and genuine, they are kind and caring and they go out of their way to satisfy the residents. It is like the Chick- Fil- A of retirement communities. The food is very good, but they are having a lot of issues with maintaining good wait staff. They are doing the best they can and working on it, but it is an issue. We would recommend Preston Pointe to others looking and already have - we just have the caveat about the shortage of wait staff.

This facility is great! It's been such a great experience for mom. She feels at home and is completely happy with where she is. The meals are good quality and they offer a good variety. The dining is restaurant style versus buffet style, which she really likes. They have a really nice outside area for the residents. Communication with the family is good. They post a weekly flier on their doors which lists planned activities and the menu. Her suite is close to the elevator and common areas, which was important to us. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

This is a family run business, not a corporation. We are very pleased with our parents living there.

I moved to Preston Pointe 8 months ago.. I was living in Cary earlier, but I’m originally from Long Island. I really enjoy the community feeling here. I have met a group of friends and we all have dinner together each night. The staff and residents are very friendly and there are a variety of activities daily. I really enjoy chair yoga.

We have been a resident of Preston Pointe since November, 2021. We are satisfied with our choice of our retirement home. The food at Preston Pointe is very good with good choices at each meal. We like the continuous dining experience. The staff at Preston Pointe is excellent; very friendly and helpful.

I moved to Preston Pointe from another community in the area. I am so happy with my choice. I’ve been here for two years. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. The building is always very clean, which is very important to me. The food here is really good and I enjoy the activities and my friends here. I spearhead the New Resident Welcoming Committee, so maybe we will meet soon!

I have been here for 6 years. I am very happy with the staff, with the food, and with the activities.

After viewing multiple places, we decided on Preston Pointe for my Mom. She has been in her home for 8 months and is loving life. She's made friends and enjoys the many activities and meals. We're very happy with our decision.
