I'd add a caveat. I believe the quality of care is top notch but it can be difficult to reach people. For people who live far away from their parents this can present challenges. It's a really warm environment and the staff seems engaged and thoughtful. The chef and activities does their best to provide time and space for residents to give input and are responsive too.

We were attracted to them because they had the same amount of residents but there was at least 7 to 9 people on the floor. I would recommend Mosaic for the simple fact that they are involved. They don't park your loved one in front of a TV and walk away. We have randomly walked in at all times of the day and there is interaction and activities, keeping the individual in memory care, engaged, and stimulated.

We went through two other memory care facilities before a place for Mom helped us find Mosaic Gardens. They are absolutely amazing. There are numerous staff on hand at all times and they check in on my dad several times daily. They make sure that he gets out of his room and doesn’t just sit there by himself. He is getting excellent care there! The staff actually take the time to get to know him And treat him with kindness and compassion. They are amazing!

The caregivers and personnel are warm,friendly and really do care. It feels like family The facility is lovely and open. One thing that we really liked is that all of the rooms in memory care open to a great room living space instead of closed off corridors The food is good and the care staff wonderful The activities director is out of this world great! Even the main reception staff is lovely

In looking for a location for a loved one with dementia Mosaic Gardens checked off all of my " boxes". Light and airy,with activities to help occupy a mind. A good staff-to-resident ratio. Lots of other residents to interact with for increased stimulation.

As soon as I walk in, I knew I was home. The only drawback for me was my rent. And then my health. For a single person or perhaps a couple, the apartment sizes would be adequate. Parking would be a major asset.

My 100 year old mother moved into Heron Pointe in early 2024 - it has been a good experience from the beginning. Their staff are so kind & thoughtful. Their assisted living services have made Mom’s daily experience with her age challenges so much better. Her neighbors are friendly & supportive. The facility is comfortable and well taken care of. We highly recommend Heron Pointe.

My mom was previously a resident at The Pavilion. The staff was so kind and compassionate throughout my mom's time there. Not only to my mom, but to us as well. They were so loving to my mom in the short time that she was there. They treated her like you would a family member.

From the moment I walked into Sunnycrest senior living, I was amazed how comfortable I felt. The facilities were bright, clean and easily accessible by everyone there. The activity rooms always had something going on and everyone was having fun. All of the staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. If I ever needed anything, they happily helped. The move in was easy and I was offered help many times even though I didn't need it. The medical and support staff were amazing and were always very caring and ensuring my mom's needs were met. Unfortunately, my mother was bed and wheelchair bound upon move-in and the medical staff continually exceeded my hopes and dreams for my mother's care. Whenever there were any issues with my mother, her care was a priority and then I was notified asap, which made me feel comfortable in the medical staff. Whenever I had discussions about my mother's care, they had complete records ready for any questions I had. Housekeeping and laundry were amazing as my mother's room was always clean and her clothes and linens were returned folded and neatly put away. They were always very considerate of my mother when they were in her room. Unfortunately, due toe state of my mother's health, my mom did not get a chance to participate in any activities or go to the dining room. Her meals were always brought to her room and she was always given several choices of food at each meal. Even though she stated she missed my wife's cooking, she never complained about the meals. Overall, I would highly recommend Sunnycrest to anyone considering assisted living for their loved one. I am extremely happy with everything there and what they did for my mom. I just hope that when I need to move into a community like this, I can find one like Sunnycrest.

The entire facility is brand new one the inside. New furniture, floors and paint. The rooms are very nice and the staff is so friendly. Activities every day for varying level of mobility. Since they have remodeled the rooms are filling up quickly.

Redding is so blessed to have Hilltop Springs Senior Living. This facility is top notch; clean, friendly, inviting and has the best staff! If you are looking for an Assited Living Facility, you have found the best. Hilltop Springs is very bright, cheery and has a peaceful, easy feeling. Every day is a good day at Hilltop Springs!

The reason I did not rate the meals and dining service a 5 overall is because there is not enough fresh vegetables and the meals are in to small of amounts. What really stood out to us about this community with was the friendliness of the staff as well as the newly refurbished apartments.

From the first moment that I arrived here I was in awe with the staff, the cleanliness, the professionalism, the food, and even the residence are loving, courteous. I couldn't have you chosen a better place than Boone Ridge!

I love living here. I moved here a year ago from my daughter's house a year and a half ago. There have been lots of changes, sometimes that happens but in our case it is for the better. I go with the flow. The med techs are good. The meals are good and still improving. Its just good. I love it.

I live here with my husband and our dog Pookie. The rooms here are very nice. Staff is great, especially in the kitchen. The other residents who live here are very pleasant. We have lived here for about 9 months.

The apartments are large and have huge windows, I love my room. I am allowed to have plants outside my window to take care of. Most of the caregivers are really nice. They listen to what I want and need. Housekeeping is great. My apartment is always clean. I get along with just about everyone here.

I've lived here for about 6 months. Maybe longer. I've been introduced to a lot of food I didn't think I would like since living here. But I tried them and loved it! It's healthy and tasty. You couldn't ask for better staff. They are kind. They watch out for me. They treat me as if I am their own Grandma! The management is nice. Most of them have my interest at heart. There are policies but for good reasons! [name removed] helped me move in here, and she made it a pleasant move. I came from a place where I had friends, then I moved and was really alone. The residents here made me feel welcome. [name removed] are helpful. Its like one big family. They never make me do anything that I don't want to do. I almost fell yesterday. A staff member saw me, ran to save me from hurting myself. I've gotten a lot stronger since being here. It's a big facility. It's comfortable. It's mid modern. It doesn't feel like a hotel. It feels homey. I'm a reader and there is a library. I'm happy here.

We've had an excellent experience so far with the Sunnycrest Senior Living community. What we like the most about the community is the good meals they prepare for the residents, the friendly staff members working there, and overall our loved one is happy. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others.

I most definitely would recommend. It's been a great experience for my mom. For the social aspect alone, it's been beneficial. It's great! We picked this community because of the beautiful surroundings, great staff.
