I am honestly floored by their attentiveness. They go above and beyond there to take care of my dad's medical needs. Right now, I really feel like they take initiative on things I would never expect or even allow myself to ask for! They are incredible. The entire staff is wildly compassionate. Nurses and PTs are very qualified, very kind, very attentive. My dad is safe and healthy there. It is SUCH a tremendous weight lifted off my shoulders. They are fabulous!

I really appreciate the staff there. They have made my mom feel cared about and welcome. I think the room sizes are really great. We were able to get into an apartment with a good size bedroom, living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. I think it's quite nice. I really think the activities at the facility are great. There's kind of something for everyone if it helps to add that somewhere.

Riverton is the first tour I have had in my search to find my dad a new home. Beautiful facility. Felt hotel-like. Spacious rooms and ample activities. I could see my dad living here. Super friendly staff too! Thank you!

I think the thing we appreciated the most was accessibility of everyone. From administration to housekeeping, everyone was involved and nearby if needed. They also provided emotional support if needed. They were incredibly professional, sensitive to our needs, and did everything they could to help us during this incredibly difficult time. Administrators and staff were always available to talk and help whenever we needed it.

Excellent experience since I left rehab. Staff has been wonderful the community is lovely.

I met with the sales lady who was dynamic very knowledgeable and a great resource. The community, very clean, modern and welcoming. Large apartments and excellent pricing.

Our experience at Cambridge has been amazing. The level of care is top notch. The facility is clean, the staff is so friendly, and they have fun activities every day. I can’t imagine a better facility for my father. The food is great too!!!

Fountain View is great, staff is very helpful, and compassionate. Many different styles of apartments, lots of programming and activities. My family has been able to go through the levels of care when needed.

My mother has expressed that the menu is not always to her liking. Although, she can choose from a separate menu if she wants. I wish there was a way to encourage my mother to take part in more activities but you will not. I would say that Cambridge enhanced Senior Living would receive a four. We have found that 95% of staff are welcoming, always smiling, and eager to assist. There is one more concern that we had and it has to do with the turnover of staff. Been six people who left or were replaced. This includes nursing staff and management.

Springfield crossing is a nice facility, with a nice staff who was attentive, courteous, and made sure I was always aware of how my Mother was doing. I visited each day, and the staff always checked in with me to let me know what was happening, and would call me if anything happened overnight. They were so nice to my Mom, I was happy to have found them.

Cambridge has been wonderful! My brother in law is so happy there. I looked at so many other places, and you were all so helpful. Cambridge is a winner!!

I have never seen a hard-working staff. As a student they made me feel very comfortable asking questions and for help if I was unsure. Also [name removed] (I believe her name is) is the activities person on the weekend has an amazing attitude and always smiling!! thank you for all of your hard work!!!

I would have them shop around. I don't feel that my dad is getting the attention he needs. There have been too many medical issues that have gone unnoticed by staff that see him everyday, and to me that is unacceptable.

Staff is super nice. It’s very clean. My dad is happy there. [name removed] is amazing. We needed to find a place for my Dad asap. She made this all happen in 6 days. She is very responsive to any communication. We even get to bring my dog to visit which the residents love. My daughter also wanted to go sing for the residents and they were thrilled and super flexible in making it happen.

Most assisted living facilities require a minimum 30 day reservation for respite stays. Allendale Senior Living has no minimum stay requirements. The facility is clean and is staffed by very competent staff in all departments. An excellent facility with its own skilled care nursing home adjacent to the assisted living facility.

Always a stressful time to be in this situation but A Place For Mom took us through a process step by step so I never felt overwhelmed. I am grateful that I reached out to them. I was given 5 places that meet my criteria and the scheduling process was quick Each location meet with me promptly and gave me a comprehensive tour of the facility and all the pricing information.

This is an excellent and well run facility. Staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. There are many amenities, services and support for my mother, who is independent, but is looking for a safe supportive enviornment. It is very clean, and there are currently newly renovated rooms. And there is enhanced care as needed. I reccomend this facility.

Transition was difficult but after that the experience is positive. Yes we would recommend this community to other families, but you just need patience in the beginning until everyone learns what help is needed.

I have to say all in all my experience here has been good. Any issue I've had has been resolved.
