I voted a little less for the cleanliness of the facility. It is generally clean but I feel like the hallways to the residents places could use a vacuum. Their General Manager[Name Removed] is so personable and he took the extra time to help me get into my mom's room before my mom moved here from Wyoming. I couldn't get the key fob to work and he walked me to her room and made sure there wasn't a key activation issue. We had previously had one, and it was taken care of immediately and I thought it had happened again. There was not a problem, It was me not using the fob correctly. I was impressed with his genuine concern and his time in ensuring I could get into her room safely. Another thing is that [Name Removed] asked a few months ago before my mom had decided for sure which place would be the perfect fit for her to reside in, to come and spend the night to see and get a feel for the place and see if it would help in her decision. I cannot think of one staff member that has not gone out of their way to ease her into this transition. She is visually impaired and I know she doesn't require a lot of assistance, but there are things they do that I know our family and my mom appreciate. Example: making sure her packages she orders get to her. Usually, they are at the desk but they have been delivering them personally. Another thing I have noticed is the residents seem to all have a very good attitude about Treeo. They all have expressed how much they like it to me. That says something for the staff and for the place itself. I hope those are enough items for you. It has only been two weeks, and I am sure there will be more good things to say in time.

Since I do not live in the Ft Meyers area but knew that it was time for my nephew (who did live in the area) to place my brother in assisted living. A place for Mom offered us a few options which I looked at online. After choosing a place that I knew he could afford and would enjoy living in, I asked my nephew to visit and tour the facility. He was completely impressed and found the administration to be quite helpful in making the transition. My brother has been there for three months now and has settled in nicely into his new home, which is only a few miles from his son's home. With the guidance of a Place for Mom, I believe we have found the perfect match!

The facility is welcoming. Clean. Staff is friendly. Dads only complaint is bland food. Absolutely would recommend to others.

My husband was there 8 months, I felt he got exceptional care. They were very attentive to his changing stages & needs. The first 5 months we enjoyed participating in the activities of senior living. I also visited every day & considered the Volante staff & residents to be like family. I never worried of his safety or well being when I was not present.

What struck us most was the well thought out design of the facility and rooms but also the intentional design of the Reeds Landing area. The proximity to several family member’s residences makes Ackerly a strong candidate for our retirement choice. We are extremely satisfied with Mariela formally Volante. They both have given my father great care. The facilities are exceptionally cared for. The staff is excellent. We feel so comfortable having him there. I hope this will help. I can't say enough good things about them.

Staff was great. Learned all about the memory care facility and amenities included. I appreciated the time taken to show me around and provide details regarding cost, etc.

All 5s except for 7. We are still looking into that. It has only been a month and we are still observing how engaged my mother in law is. One of the things that that impressed us about Sarah was the friendliness and kindness of the staff not only to us as visitors, but towards the residents. And also the residents all looked happy to be there.

I was very impressed with how pleasant and beautiful everything was. Blair Hartz answered all my questions about the place and I was satisfied it would be someplace my sister would like.

Hawthorne Court is by far the most welcoming independent assisted-living facility I have visited. The staff in the residence truly love being here. I was there 20 minutes and knew this was the right place for my mom. .

They genuinely care for their residents and want the best for them and to provide the best care and quality of life for them. They also care about and support the families that are going through a difficult time in life.

My father never did move in to Washington Oaks. They were very friendly and helping me get his apartment set up and also helping to evaluate him as his health deteriorated before he could move in. They were also very helpful in the exit process and did not overcharge me.

They take great care of our mom. She needs a lot of help to get around. They make sure she is at every activity during the day. The staff is always available to answer any questions we have.

[name removed] and the resident were welcoming and kind. The home was very clean and smelled good. The apartment was very nice. My mom loved it and said that Salterra was top on her list.

The Nursing staff (one Nurse in particular) was rude, condescending, unprofessional, and a real pain to work with.

I am a resident here at Salterra at Las Vegas. What I love about the place is the caring and capable staff, top to bottom! The Food here is good, I love eating outside the courtyard, one of my favorite things to here and there’s plenty to do such as happy hours, weekly live entertainment, beautiful courtyard and all day dining. Everyone here is nice and friendly. Wellness is great!

We like that it was single story and their unit also has an exit to the outside. It's smaller and is more personable to the other residents and staff.

What a great facility. We made a quick decision to move our Mom there. They seem to really understand the needs of the residents and the families!

The staff are truly there for you at every turn. We are in a 1200 square foot apartment that has been completely remodeled, very nice.
