My mother was most concerned that she would not feel at home. The staff has not only made her feel at home but have also became like family to her. When visiting she always talks about her new adopted family and all the fun they have. The amount of peace that I receive knowing she is loved and cared for can never be explained.

My grandma has been living here for years. My grandpa passed away in 2016 and then my mother 2 months later and she had to move in here because she needed help. The place is very clean and my grandma likes it a lot. She just turned 99 years old and is doing great. I feel thankful for everyone there.

My son and I have attended a few Halloween and Easter parties and always have the best time. You can tell how much thought goes into it for the residences. The staff is always very friendly aswell. We will continue coming for special events. And would definitely suggest Fairmount to family and friends.

We had a family member in need of an Assisted Living and we toured several locations in the South Dayton Area. Fairmont Senior Living stuck out above the rest, due to the staff. The building is in a wonderful, quiet, safe location. The exterior and interior are very up to date and well kept. Our first interactions were with [name removed] , who was a pleasure to deal with. She was very direct and upfront towards all of our questions. You could tell she cared that our family member was going to have the right fit for their needs! The Care staff has been wonderful! [name removed] & [name removed] arity have been with the community for YEARS, which is comforting to know! We feel comfortable knowing they are responsible for the care of our loved one. The rest of the staff (front desk, maintenance, kitchen, activities, office) have always been welcoming with a smile on their faces. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and activities provided at Fairmont. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed by a warm and friendly team of staff members who truly care about the well-being of each resident. The community offers a variety of engaging activities that cater to my mother’s interests and abilities, which has helped her maintain a sense of independence and joy. There’s always something to keep her stimulated and involved. The social events are a wonderful opportunity for residents to connect and build friendships, and I’ve seen how much it lifts my mother’s spirits. Not to mention how much she loves the activity director, [facility removed]! The staff go above and beyond, not only meeting her physical care needs but also fostering a caring and compassionate environment that makes her feel safe and valued. It's reassuring to know she’s receiving such high-quality attention.

Overall the staff is very attentive and friendly. Meals are good. Activities are numerous and scheduled 7 days a week. Facility is clean and well maintained inside and out.

Everyone I’ve spoken to are caring and exhibit excellent customer service. The caregivers work hard to ensure the residents socialize, are clean and comfortable and have proper nutrition. Staff is willing to make reasonable accommodations to suit the family’s desires.

The workers are very personable. They know the residence well. & make it a point to get to know their families. Mom initially moved into the Assisted side. After a few days she needed to move to the Memory Care unit.

Extremely pleased overall. It is very clean and decorated for the seasons. Everyone there is so caring and friendly. The staff on top of all issues that arise with residents and inform family with concerns. Food is delicious and they have special meals for holidays that includes family members. They offer a wide range of of activities. I think the cost is fair.

The staff and administrators work WITH the family to determine the best plan for the loved one. The medication is given precisely as instructed. They actually do really cool activities. The food and facilities are pretty tasty and clean. The staff really take ownership of the residents 8n a loving and comprehensive manner. They all seem like they have actually received the state regulated training for memory care people, and beyond. They communicable in a timely fashion and make sure we are all on the same page before ending a visit or a call. Their prices are a bit high, but totally worth every penny! If we hadn't moved my FIL when we did, we wouldn't have known about the broken ribs and the resulting collapsed lung. So scary! Fairmont held my MILs hand through everything and been so super supportive.

I give them all 5's! These people are great. My brother- who complains about everything- had no complaints about the Fairmont. His caregivers did a great job, and he was very happy there. He even liked the food! I would highly recommend Fairmont of Washington Township to others.

What I like the most about Fairmont of Westlake is the fellowship and bingo. The fellowship is socializing and enjoying activities together. Everyone enjoys Bingo and trying to win candy bars or goodies.

The full time staff at Fairmont of Westlake are great. Sometimes they are short staffed. Meals are decent and I would recommend them. They offer transportation to places on their shuttle services.

We chose Fairmont of Farmington hills because of their high level of focus on the residents having a great daily experience. The staff is very friendly and treated my Dad very well during his time there.

THE FACILITY IS ALWAYS SPOTLESS AND HOUSEKEEPING KEEPS MY DAD'S ROOM CLEAN AND TIDY. EVERYONE FROM THE CARE STAFF, ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR AND DIRECTOR ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND CARING. MY DAD HAS HAD THE BEST CARE. HE LOVES HIS MEAL OPTIONS AND THE FACT THAT GUESTS CAN EAT WITH HIM, FOR A SMALL FEE IS GREAT FOR HIS GRANDKIDS WHEN THEY VISIT. THE ACTIVITIES IN-HOUSE AND EXCURSIONS ARE DIVERSE AND FUN FOR EVERYONE. HANDS DOWN, WORTH EVERY DIME.

Excellent people, facility, always making improvements; care about their residents. Extremely patient and understanding of their residents and care. Glad they are there. We certainly could not do the job they are doing. Facilities looked better than others and staff were available, knowledgeable and answered questions. Also having 2 week Respite Stay was accepted over the other that wanted a 30-day stay.

I was very pleased after the initial adjustment was made about the Velcro wraps. In fact, all SNUs & assisted living facilities had trouble with applying them correctly on each leg in the beginning of each stay.

As soon as I walked into the facility, I knew it was just what I was looking for. It ranked far above any other facility that I had visited. The staff were welcoming and informative. We were moving our loved one from one faculty to other and they were giving us some difficulties. Fairmount, helped us to make a smooth, professional move.

Longevity with employees with proper patient care. Choose this place because of the stability in employees and food is excellent. Clean facility. I’m going broke buying donuts for the staff but they deserve it.
