Awesome facility! Highly recommend! Staff go out of their way to assist and make your loved ones feel comfortable. The activities keep the residents safe and active. Staff recognize you when you walk through the door and are there to assist. An example is when I was bringing my mother back from the doctor. Staff came out and helped me get her into her wheelchair and took her directly to her room, which allowed me to get her things from the car and park the car. I highly recommend this facility. It is clean, organized and accommodating. It is a small facility, but very family oriented.

I went to visit a friend who just moved into Cambridge Crossing. She is very happy living there and feels well taken care of. The administrative staff stopped by my friend's room to check on her. I could tell they respected my friend and took excellent care of all her needs. They truly wanted her to be happy staying in this facility.

I recently toured Cambridge Crossing in Williamsburg, VA with my grandfather, and the experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and took time to explain the care options available. The facility was clean, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable common areas and peaceful outdoor spaces that my grandfather really enjoyed. What impressed us most was the genuine compassion shown by the team—they interacted with residents respectfully and with kindness, which gave us confidence in the quality of care provided. Overall, the tour was reassuring and left us feeling that Cambridge Crossing is more than just a facility; it’s a supportive community where residents are valued and cared for with dignity.

Cambridge Crossing was wonderful. My mother in law told us she liked the food and they took good care of her. Unfortunately she only lived six weeks after she was admitted, because she had cancer. The staff and the residents were friendly and caring. We highly recommend the facility.

Lots of communication, understanding, compassion etc. Cambridge landing was so wonderful for us and to my father in law. I only have good things to say to be honest.

Mom went for respite care for approximately 17days. She was welcomed with open arms by both the staff and residents. Her caregivers spoiled her and made her feel special. She participated in all the activities with crafts being her favorite.

I give them all a 5. It is a great community, very friendly, helpful, food is great, doesn't smell, mom loves all the activities.

It's a blessing to not have to cook two different meals since my husband doesn't want to eat what I want to eat.. he has to eat what is served, and I don't hear any complaints from him. I am gluten intolerant, but I usually accommodate myself by bringing my own gluten-free bread to the table, but if I was consistent enough, possibly they would provide that.

Cambridge Gardens has been such a blessing for our family. My mom loves the food and socializing during meal times. The hairdresser, [name removed] is so great with her and all the residents. She loves to attend “Happy Hour” on Fridays with [name removed]. She wasn’t very social before she moved on but now when we visit she is always involved in activity or sitting with friends. Very quaint and homey community. Thank you for what you do!!

What we like the most about Lake Wylie are the staff. We love the great staff that cares so much about the clients. Everyone is very caring & are always. Communicates with the family about any situation.

We picked Northglenn Heights because my dad could ride his scooter to Malley Transitional Care Center where my stepmom was. The Catholic Church was across the street. Everything was close. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating! The facility was beautiful. My dad really loved to food too.

The whole experience at Mountain View was wonderful.. all the Staff were excellent .. very helpful with very good attitudes .. Food was great... all very kind .. I would always recommend Mountain View to others..

My mother recently moved to Lake Wylie Assisted Living and my sisters and I are very pleased with the experience. I like that this home provides complete services including medicine distribution and a doctor is available. The staff have all been friendly and the food there is delicious. Highly recommend.

I'm supposed to be getting showers twice a week but that doesn't happen most of the time. We get along very well they are friendly and easy to talk to. I really like it but some of my friends say it's not up to par for what it should be. There is a large variety of meals and options at every meal. I think it's almost a good value for my money. The apartment is big and pretty quiet. Clean no bugs.

Cambridge gardens is a wonderful loving environment. The tone is set by their director [name removed]. She is very emphatic and sincere. We clicked immediately. Cambridge was our first look but after searching and visiting others we returned. Everyone, and I mean everyone was caring, pleasant and professional. I have already recommended this to many people. My brother was very well cared for at Cambridge.

The staff was very attentive to her needs and also keeping me informed on her condition and any concerns they might have.

The level of care has been superb and the staff is very friendly and caring. That's important because quality of care and Dad having a general feeling of SAFETY were a concern at the prior community [name removed].

They are the best at Garnet. The staff stay right up on my mom's condition and care. If anything happens with her they contact me immediately. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
