I'm going to give you a true account of my encounter and experiences with The Gardens to date. The location is ideally located adjacent to a shopping center with a large name brand grocery store, a hair salon utilized by residents, including my mother-in-law and her cut is great, she likes it, and walks there. She's 95. A very popular Chinese restaurant is directly across the street which is very good. We eat there on our own and enjoy community dinners there frequently. Also, a Dunkin' Donuts. CVS pharmacy is across the street within walking distance. The library is about 1 mile away as is McDonald's, Subway, Pizza, Dollar Store and multiple banks. The single apartment is spacious and the kitchen is LARGE with ample storage and appliances. A sliding glass door to an ample balcony for 2 chairs and table or chaise. The property and grounds appear well cared for. The facility is clean. Security in/out of the 2 buildings is good. Now, a new management company recently took over and things have gone downhill to some degree. Some paid for amenities have been eliminated with regard to previously provided take-out pizza and snacks for regular events. I am hearing there is a lack of communication with regard to changes being made leaving residents with some concern for safety. A particular concern is fire safety and a change to the evacuation process. Specially, the fire department will no longer enter units for rescue when an active file exists. Some residents have installed lock boxes outside their rooms. I assert this is a safety concern. On a much smaller scale, management has recently transferred Holiday decorating to residents, though supplied by the facility. Possible use of ladders for this population concerns me. Of note, the parking lot is full of vehicles, so residents may be driving and able bodied. I am hearing that some residents would like management to engage residents more on decisions being made about matters that effect them directly i.e. more and better communication.

There are a lot of activities. Insurance groups come through for presentations. Also birthdays are celebrated for residents each month . Called the birthday bash. Close to shops. Others will just have to call and find out and take a tour. It's a wonderful community.

The maintenance staff did a great job replacing my window screen. It took a long time since the screen had to be custom fitted. [name removed] , a staff member, did a great job following through from initiating to final repair. Thanks [name removed] !

Overall our experience has been good and positive. Being Asian we expected some degree of discriminations and non-acceptance. But what happen is the opposite. Let me say that my three sons are very happy with our choice of place of place to call home. Certainly this a place that can be recommended proudly for future tenants. Album Keller the right place for active 55 and above!!

Everything you want is right here on the premises from the weight room coffee shop movie theater and much more oh & did I mention the nail shop and hair salon too! Otherwise everything else is okay, management can be difficult to deal with. They are always short staffed and maintenance has a wait list. The residents here are nice and looks out for each other

My ability to navigate in my environment with ease and the accessibility to getting any assistance when ever needed

What we like the most about Album Quail is the friendliness of the staff. Especially the person handling the events

The staff at the Album Keller Ranch are very accommodating and supportive with assisting their residents. Whenever we have questions they listen and offer a solution in timely manner. Recently, the activities offered at the Album have been creative and fun. They go above and beyond when planning engaging events. It is a great way for residents to see their friends in a safe and comforting environment.

All the rest would be a 5. Very happy. Perfect choice for me. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. Several activities to pick from. Feels like coming home.

5! AKR is a wonderful place to live. The residents are very nice and welcoming, many have been living here for many years. They offer many activities and classes, the grounds are pristine and the security makes one feel safe and secure. The staff is amazing always greeting you with a smile and willing to help or answer any questions you may have.

Everyone here is very friendly and welcome you with open arms. They go out of there way to get you involved with all the activities they have here. You can play bingo, bridge, scrabble or go to there little movie theater to watch a movie once a week. The staff will help you in anyway they can to make you feel at home. If you don’t drive, they have trips to the different stores and will transport you there too.

It is a 55+ active community with lots of interaction. There are karaoke nights, monthly dinners, game nights, craft projects, and food pantry, outdoor games and spaces. A beautiful pool. A gym. Pool table and game room. Business station and puzzle room.

Active and safe community for those 55 and up. Has so many events to keep people entertained and a variety of options for different interests. Welcoming group with nice staff and the place is kept clean. Couldn't ask for a better place, in fact, a place like this community should be offered everywhere.

Its very nice here. The other residents are very friendly and helpful. They bring a little fresh air to the place. The staff is very nice snd helpful too. They are always pleasant and keep you informed as to whats going on.

I had the privilege of going with a friend to visit Northstar Georgetown Apartments this past week. The facility was spacious, clean, and the tenants were very friendly. The tenants are active and like to have fun! The administrator and activity director were friendly, helpful, and informative. I would love to live there!!
