Good staffing. Dining room could have more servers! Staff is friendly. Food is good ??. Many residents have lived here for as long as 10 years!

They checked off all the boxes on what I was looking for in an assistant living for my mom. The place felt warm and inviting and I could see my mom enjoying living there.

Friendly, inviting, made an appointment to return with mom. Hope she will consider it according to her savings.

I love living at Town Village. There are daily activities and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They connect you with people who help you understand the rules and the way things run like doctor trips, special outings, and answering any questions you might have. We have live music every Friday afternoon and special events. The staff knows your name and my apartment is just the right size for me. I wear my security alarm to be sure I am safe from falls. The food is varied and we have a medical clinic on the grounds that you can sign up to use. I have made many friends and love it here. Some residents have four-legged friends who are well-behaved and loved. I highly recommend Town Village.

Staff was friendly and the facility is bright and clean. I like the layout and ease of finding my way around the space

My mother-in-law lives at inspiration of Bartlesville. She loves it there great place great staff one of her most. Everything is the food there they also have an area where they play with turtles. That’s one of her favorite things to do.

It's a beautiful community, luxury building, high level of services and priced well given their amenities.

Very nice facility! It was our first visit to any assisted living facility. We made an appointment just one day before so they were very accommodating. Since it was our first visit [name removed] was very informative about assisted living.

They were able to answer all my questions and I got my friend placed in a safe space. Would recommend

[Name Removed], the marketing person we worked with was amazing. She went out of her way to help my mom & sister feel comfortable and settle in. The entire staff is friendly, kind and patient.

We are very happy with them. Friendly, very welcoming, staff is great, very accommodating, they love the food We picked a good apartment, some are smaller but we were fortunate to have a larger nice room open up.

So far, very happy. There have been a lot of challenges, and they have been very helpful resolving issues. I would recommend this community to others.

I recently visited the arbors. It was a great experience of the tour and I enjoyed the living space that they showed me. I would recommend it to anyone.

The friendliness of the residents & staff & the many activities they have for residents, is what stood out the most.

This is the sweetest little community, I was very pleased that the residents seemed very happy and the apartment I chose for mom had been updated and beautiful . We can wait to be a part of their family .

I toured this community looking for a place for my grandfather. Staff were friendly and seem very knowledgeable. The building is beautiful after undergoing new renovations the rooms are spacious. I hope soon to be moving forward with my grandfather living here.

The nurses are great. The food is great bc my mom is finally eating 3 meals a day. I believe it is the best affordable care for memory care. Very very happy with her there. I don't have to worry about her at all.

The staff is wonderful. They always keep me informed and you can tell they truly care about their residents. The facility is always clean and smells nice.

It's a great place. Lots to do and wonderful staff! The food is very good and they offer shuttles to doctors appts, grocery, drugstore, bank. The staff at the front desk is very helpful too. The place is great. My mom is very happy with it. We moved her in over one year ago and she was hesitant to make the move from living by herself to "independent" living. It's so helpful to have 3 wonderful meals a day prepared for her, her room cleaned and towels and sheets washed, shuttles to doc appointments & groceries, plus parties twice a week and lots of celebrations! She made friends right away. Unbelievable staff! So comforting to know she can graduate to Assisted Living later if needed. For the moment she loves that she can come and go when ever she wants on the Independent side. That was really important to her.

It is a very nice place... My issue is became I must adhere to a renal diet. They could not accommodate my needs. [name removed] and [name removed] are very nice to work with. I was treated as if I was family...
