I would recommend Pathways at Warrington to others. On the initial tour, they explained that it is more "medical based." The daily routine/rules are more structured than other personal care facilities, but it is a good fit for my husband's aunt. For example, the 3 main meals are at 8am, noon and 5pm in the dining room, which were the exact times our loved one ate when she was living at home. Most days, there is only one activity available (occasionally 2 or 3), but our loved one is used to living alone and rarely left the house in the past few years. So she is fine with limited activities. One main "selling point" for Pathways is their all inclusive flat rate for personal care (and a little higher flat rate for memory care). If a resident's level of care changes, there is no adjustment to the monthly rate. The rooms are furnished with a bed, large bureau, night table, small counter with a chair and a large flat screen TV. Cable TV and weekly laundry services are included. We are very appreciative of everything the friendly staff does for our loved one!

My mom was a resident at Personal Care Memory Care at The Park for a short time and everything was very good for her. For the short time that she was there though, I would recommend this facility to others. In fact, I already have!

I would recommend. They are very aware of new residents and open to family members opinions and suggestions.

The Pathways at Warrington and it was a newer facility, private rooms, very nice size room and bathroom; small, but nice outdoor space; most of the staff was attentive and kind.

We look at both the Park and Commonwealth. We were very impressed with both. We decided on the Park because everything was on one floor and her room was next to the nurses station. I'm sure we would have been happy at commonwealth. We are very happy with the Park

During our Assisted Living facility search for our loved one, we toured The Pathways at Warrington. We had a nice tour. The facility was good. The friendliness and cleanliness were good, too!

I would tell others looking that the staff and residents at The Estates are very friendly and helpful if you have a problem or are sick. There are always things to do or you can volunteer . We think that it is well worth the money.

We are giving it an overall four out of five only because some of the things are still not opened yet like the movie theater as well as the activities room which has a pool table. They are starting to bring back bingo, and WII bowling. We do think the value for cost is excellent.

I had a lovely tour of this community. It is a very nice place. The staff was very kind, and sweet to my family and I. From what we saw everything looked great, and they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility.

Where we are is strictly independent living, and one reason we chose it was for family because it's close to where our family lives and also for financial reasons. I think we're enjoying it, the people are very friendly. The residents are very friendly and when there's a problem, we had problems with the stove, the clock wasn't working, and they came right out and replaced the stove; the dishwasher had an issue, they replaced the dishwasher. As far as that goe we thought that was very nice. I think for someone that's a single person, like a woman that's a widower, I think it's a very good place for someone like that because they all take care of one another. I can see that very much and we've met very nice people here.

I'm happy with this facility and feel glad that my mother is in a facility that is clean and has a very good staff of professionals.

My loved one was a resident at this facility. Some of the staff didn't seem to care for the people living there. I personally wouldn't recommend this facility to others.

The community is a nice size. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this community to others.
