Staff is fabulous with my mom as well as other residents. Answer any questions and very helpful all the time. Staff over sees daily routines and vey knowledge with day to and what each resident needs.

They were great in all aspects of care. The community did a great job with my mom. They managed her care are resources. The community could use some update in the future but was adequate.

It is a Facility that residents are treated not as a client but more like a family. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Every time I go visit my friends, I can tell they are well taken cared of, they both look happy and comfortable. One thing for sure , I would highly recommend this facilty to anybody..

This group home is highly recommended to the people who really need help with adls. Staff is reliable, dependable, faithfully taking care the clients, friendly, helpful. Facility is nice and descent.

The owners and caregivers really care about the residents and treat my mom and aunt like family. They’re also very attentive to the health of my mom and aunt. I doubt I could find a better home for them. It’s been a huge relief to find serenity- I don’t have to worry about my mom and aunt.

I have recently moved my mother into one of [name removed] care facilities, Mom has had an easy transition. In the six months that she has been there, there has been noticeable improvements in her zest for life. Much to my surprise she enjoys the exercise in the mornings, and bingo in the afternoon. The staff is friendly, attentive, and engaging. The facility is very clean, and whenever I visit the house is well kept inside and out. Mom has made new friends and her disposition is much happier. Thanks to all the staff for a terrific 2022, and I am looking forward to 2023.

I am a nurse and I’ve been visiting residents in this group home on a regular basis. Staff is always very respectful with the visitors and residents. I noticed that staff is very responsible in administering medications, checking residents vital signs daily and keeping a log. I always found the house clean, and what I noticed every time I visited, the staff was cooking from scratch. The residents are always clean and well taken care of. They have activities and the staff is performing range of motion and strengthening exercises with the residents daily. I strongly recommend this place for your loved one.

So glad I was able to find this residential setting for my loved one. Knew nothing at the start and now have an extended family. Walked us step by step thru the process start to finish. Beautiful residential setting, home is always very clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very attentive to residents medical needs. Loved one states the meals are excellent. Finding this community was truly a blessing from above.

My mom is taken very good care of. They meet all her needs and are very caring and friendly. Giving a Five star rating for cleanliness, friendliness, care services, staff, meals and dining, activities and value for cost.

My mother and I moved my grandma to Serenity several years ago and it’s the best choice we could have made. My grandma has severe dementia so her needs were becoming too great for us to care for her at home. When looking for somewhere to have her live we wanted somewhere that was clean, reasonably priced, and most importantly somewhere that would be able to provide proper care for her (she was terribly neglected at the first home she was placed in.) Serenity has gone above and beyond in meeting our expectations. They truly treat her like she is a part of their own family. No matter when I have visited my grandma she has been in good spirits and her health and grooming is immaculate. The staff are extremely friendly and are excellent at updating us on my grandma’s wellbeing and needs. Having a loved one with dementia is hard, but knowing she is in such good hands is one aspect we never feel we have to worry about. We are so very grateful to have my grandma in Serenity’s care.

My dad is bedridden and they've made him feel safe and secure with their caring staff. I'm not as stressed knowing he is in a safe environment, where he is kept clean and well shaven, properly fed, and able to watch his favorite TV shows. If any health issue arises, they contact me and takenchargebif ensuring he gets the medical care needed. I'm very happy working with them to care for my dad.

I’m thankful my mom is at Serenity Elderly Care. She is well cared for, and the staff is excellent.

I have seen a big change in my mother since she arrived at the home. Her overall appearance and attitude have changed dramatically. The caregivers are very attuned to her needs. My loved one is happy there, which is my main concern. And they're taking good care of her. They're handling her medication well, and she's sleeping well. Everything looks clean when I come to visit. I've been very happy with Genesis.

I am happy my loved one is here. My loved one has made friends in the community. I can tell my loved one is where they need to be. The staff are fantastic to work with and communicate with about my loved one. The care they provide is good. It is so convenient to have a doctor come and look at my loved one in the community. They have physical therapy as well. I even get a video of my loved one at PT, which is nice to share with other family members.

This is a big place with very few occupants at this community. There is a lot of people taking care of the residents that are there. They get much more attention and care than they would anywhere else at another community.

I can't praise Serenity Elderly Care enough for the compassionate and tender care they offer my mother. My mother has severe dementia and cannot attend to any activities of daily living by herself. Even so, she exhibits a happy and content attitude, always smiling. My brother visited from out of state recently and commented on our mother's neat appearance. He was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home and how fresh it smelled. I highly recommend Serenity Elderly Care to any family looking to place their loved one in a home-like environment with professional and attentive staff!
