Brookhaven is my home and I feel very comfortable here. I love the many activities and events which are available to us. The food is very good and the staff is very warm and friendly. I also appreciate the location of Brookhaven which is within walking distance to many places, including Briarwood Mall. The residents here are very friendly and youthful, despite their ages. It is a very warm and caring community!

After a late onset mild dementia diagnosis this summer, my mom had a fall and required extensive rehab for injuries. After sub-acute rehab stay we needed a setting with 24/7 skilled nursing to continue in-"home" care (PT, OT). Having lived independently in her condo for years, we couldn't see her thriving in a true Assisted Living place. Then we found out Brookhaven partners with an ON SITE skilled nursing team (Excellence Care Services) who has been great. My mom is able to enjoy as close to independent living as she can while still getting nurse aid support for AM and PM visits, night check-ins, and escorts to meals (among other things). And Brookhaven is one of the nicest facilities we toured in Ann Arbor (and way more affordable than the AL or high-end IL options). The Brookhaven staff is incredibly kind and their communication with each other and me has been beyond my expectations. It was an absolute home run of a find. Can't recommend Brookhaven enough!!!

A very friendly atmosphere! Many daily events, no time to get bored! Programs abound both in-house as well as trips by our van outside our building. Residents are very friendly and usually like to communicate with other residents. The staff is very attentive and tries to help all residents. Food is healthy and provides several choices! The administration is open to listening to our concerns as well as our cheers.

Brookhaven Manor is now my home I will be honest…leaving my home was difficult but now I have found a new life with many new friends. From the breakfast bunch to our dinner crew, the Brookhaven staff does it right. We have entertainment, exercise classes, art classes, outside field trips to many places that I only would have dreamed to visit. I appreciate the care we receive ?? [name removed]

There is such an amazing sense of community at Brookhaven Manor. All of the staff in each department is very welcoming and friendly. I enjoy the meals with my friends, my favorite dish is anything with shrimp. The location is one of the best in Ann Arbor as it is so close to downtown and shopping centers.

My favorite part of Brookhaven is how cozy and home-like the community is. Our "common areas" are a great place to participate in events that make you feel like you truly with your family. The food is always pretty tasty, my favorite dish is Chicken Cordon Blue!

I really enjoyed touring the community for my mother.. wonderful apartments and welcoming staff..The community has a great location as well as offers numerous activities and outings for its residents. To many things I could praise the community for.. Truly excellent place for your loved ones.

I have lived here for almost 5 years and I love it! The staff is very friendly, the food is terrific and all of the residents are very kind and welcoming. The staff at Brookhaven did a fantastic job dealing with covid and keeping us safe and healthy.

While touring places for my aunt we came across Brookhaven. We absolutely loved it. Clean, smells great, and everyone is so nice.

I toured this place with my daughter, was very impressed with Brookhaven. When I get closer to wanting to move, Brookhaven will be my home.

I toured this building with my mother. It was very warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and all of the residents we met on our tour told us how much they loved living there.

I've had a very positive experience

Brookhaven has been a lovely place for our mom. The grounds are kept nicely and the weekly music is so appreciated. My mom has found the food to be surprisingly good. The only complaint is that dinner is served quite early.

I have been coming to Brookhaven for many years and im so excited about the changes it is making. Residents seem very happy and the building seems refreshed. As someone that has been in and out of this building for several years im excited for the residents of the community!!
