The best of memory care facility. Bridges specializes in memory care in that this is all that they do. Their staff from maintenance, CNAs to activity director to nurses are committed to providing top notch care for those with memory impairments.

Excellent staff, excellent care. Beautiful facility, calm atmosphere. Food is amazing. CNAs, nursing staff, management all attentive to the residents. Fun activities and entertainment for residents including music, singing, instruments, arts and crafts, movies, travel TV, ceramics. A well run facility which benefits the residents!!

I love this place! Great care, beautiful facility, great staff. Excellent food. Great amenities geared towards memory issues. Perfect for our needs for my mom. I feel assured in the care my mother is getting.

My mother in law was in a horrible place called The Residence. We brought my mother in law to Epoch. She is happy, healthy and safe now.

My 91-year-old mother has been a resident of Bridges by Epoch Memory Care in Westford, Massachusetts for almost two years. She has received outstanding care and thoroughly enjoys all the activities and entertainment offered. Meals are appetizing and wholesome and the familiarity of a daily routine is comforting to residents dealing with memory issues. The staff and management at Bridges in Westford are compassionate and professional. They work tirelessly with the residents and are very responsive to each resident's wants and needs. Highly recommended!

Bridges has been a godsend for us. It's expensive, for sure, but so worth it. My mother is not the easiest person on the planet, and they just roll with her and jolly her along. She is as happy as I have seen her in a long time, even though she has no idea of where she is exactly. The staff is caring, easy-going and competent. They find kind and creative ways to work around all my mom's obstacles. The facility is unfailing clean, and they even manage to keep my mom's room clean most of the time! This was the only memory care facility we found locally that would let her keep her cat with her, and even remind her to care for him, when needed. That was the deciding factor for us when we chose Bridges, and I am so glad we ended up here. They provide most routine health care, dental care, and physical therapy right on site. The activities are engaging and non-stop, and include outings to various locations in and around Nashua, especially during the warmer weather. I can relax and enjoy life again, knowing my mom is safe, well-cared for and happy.

Waterstone is great. It is a really nice community, centrally located in Wellesley. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The people are very active and seem to have a wonderful relationship with each other.

Great facility/work force. my mom has been there for 7 months and feels very comfortable and safe. Kuddos to all of them.

Our mother has been here for over 4 years. She is 91 with progressive dementia and does need assistance at times, but can also socialize independently. Waterstone has been wonderful. The staff is warm, well trained, always available and helpful. The facility itself is beautiful with comfortable common rooms and absolutely excellent food. The activities are a combination of fun and intellectual, offering a range from music to history presentations to bingo, etc. We would highly recommend Waterstone for assisted living.

This facility is the best. First class organization. My dad, a resident, receives excellent care. The entire staff is dedicated and provide superb services. I highly recommend Epoch Bridges of Westford to all people!!

Everyone is amazing. The care given to my mother (85) is beyond anything that we have ever expected!! Her day is filled with activities that the staff make sure she is engaged in. The food is amazing! The field trips make her smile!! So wonderful!!

The kindness and patience your entire staff showed our Dad while he was staying at Bridges in Nashua was exceptional. He always seemed happy, clean and well fed. We appreciate everything you did for [name removed] and he care and compassion you showed our whole family.

My mother has lived at Bridges in Westford for more than four years, and I could not have chosen a more perfect place for her! The staff is wonderful- receptive, caring, involved and friendly. The food is nutritious and delicious. The activities are amazing and life enriching. Although my mother’s memory continues to decline, she has thrived in many ways at Bridges.

Even though my love one was only here for a couple of weeks everything that I have observed has been good. The people there are nice, the food is good, however I would say that it seems that they don’t have enough staff to care for the residents compared to other places. The facility itself is strictly an Alzheimer’s and Dementia care place. Other than that this place is really good.

Am pleased to live here at Bridges because of the very good supervision by the staff. Am very impressed with the activities for the residents. I would like to see an improvement with the food mentor and not repeat some of items 3 times and serve cakes that are not stale.

I think it's a lovely place, it's very clean and the staff is very nice. I would recommend them.They are very accommodating and the place is immaculate. It's unfortunate that my husband is now in rehab but I hope he can go back to Bridges.

The aides are very kind. The activities are great. My aunt enjoys the field trips and the visiting entertainers. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

This is absolutely an amazing place and I could have not picked a better community for my mother to live in. They have gone above and beyond to meet the expectations my family had for them for my mother. She is very well taken care of and has an amazing apartment with lots of great amenities. The food is also a huge positive, the chef knocks it out of the park when it comes to his cooking. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking into a five star property for there loved one.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this looked like a very nice place! The people were friendly, and the facility itself was brand new. We ended up selecting a different community, but this place is definitely worth a look.

The staff are very very responsive. They are on top of any issues that may arise. The food is great, beautifully presented and they have their own chef. They have nursing care available around the clock and they are great. They offer daily activities as well as field trips.
