I am a great friend of one of the residents at Emerald Gardens and I enjoy visiting my friend often. Every time I visit I observe how clean and well kept everything is. The staff is attentive to all the residents and the activities they provide for the residents are Amazing!

I have been living at the campus for 6 months now and I am so happy to moved here! I love music and now I am able to play the baby grand piano in the front lobby and enternain my friends and family when they come to hear me play. I enjoy all the new people I have met, the staff and other resident and everyone is so helpful and kind. I look forward to many more days with fun filled days of activities, great meals and knowing there are people around me all the time when I need support.

Emerald Gardens has met our hopes and expectations for our care and support. We have been here a short time but we know we can count on all the staff to help with our needs in every way. The food and activities are wonderful as well. We are very happy and completely satisfied with our decision to move to Emerald Gardens.

When I first got to Emerald Gardens I was very sick and took awhile to improve. I believe I would not have made it this past year if it wasn’t for the excellent care I record from the staff. I am now able to care for myself but still enjoy the friendships, meals and activities they provide for us residents. I have met a lot of new people and made many new friends. Very happy to be a part of this great campus!

Emerald Gardens has began to invest more in staffing equipment and facility improvements in the memory care area. They have added a supervisor and part time activities coordinator. That has translated into allowing the memory care residents to participate in many of the assisted living events and offering them more structured activities. I'm very pleased.

Our parent is new to Emerald Gardens. We are pleased on how they welcomed her in to the community. The whole caregiver team introduces themselves. They are kind and busy all day providing kind care to the residents. The facility is clean ran proficiently. They offer many activies for the residents. Our family s happy to have my parent residing there.

Rooms are Big and Bight. Lots of activities for the residents wholesome meals. Opportunities for socialization visitors welcome participation in activities encouraged transportation to medical appts hair and nail service for residents.

-Staff provides excellent attention and care facility is clean. -Food is well prepared lot tasty. -Activities are phenomenal- something to always keep my mom entertained. -Mom is always clean and treated with respect.

My family member has lived in several facilities and without a doubt Medlock Gardens has the best staff I have ever encountered at a facility. From the director all the way to the kitchen staff, they are amazing. They are a breath of fresh air in a business that doesn’t show as much compassion as they should. They are compassionate and loving to my father. This is the first facility that my father has lived in where he is happy and well taken care of. The staff is what makes Medlock Gardens special. My father came to the facility in very bad shape 2.5 years later he is thriving. Thank you, Medlock Gardens staff!!!

I feel so blessed to have my sister in-law in such a great facility! She is doing so well and I appreciate all the staff for the wonderful care she is receiving! So thankful to have a place that she can call home!

My parents have been residents of Emerald Gardens for almost 2 years. Very happy with the care they receive. They always have activities to involve the residents in. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Revela exceeds our expectations and went above them. They went out of their way to welcome my brother, offering to rent furniture at a very reasonable price. They encourage him to get out for events, etc. He is very pleased.

had a great tour. Felt very welcoming. We were greeted at the door by name. It was a Sunday and the admission director was not in, so [name removed] the activities director, filled in. She did a great job explaining all the options and amenities. The residents had a good sense of humor and seemed to enjoy themselves. Overall it Felt safe, happy, clean, and warm.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is kept clean and inviting.. Many many daily activities from crafts, games and music to shopping and dining trips. Nurse Practitioner and Pharmacy provided by faculty are convenient for resident and family. Highly recommend!

My mom was in an assisted living that had activities maybe once a week. Moved to Emerald Gardens over a year ago and her only complaint has been not enough time to take naps. Told her to take her naps but she is afraid she will miss something!! Great place with great workers taking care of your love ones.

My mother has been at Emerald Gardens for over 6 years. She is so happy there! All of the staff have her best interests at heart. They treat Mom with respect and dignity, always going the extra mile to be sure she feels comfortable and secure. Knowing that Mom is safe and well taken care of gives me peace.
