We have had some situations with mama that she would call me about a concern and I was unable to reach anyone there to discuss it. However, we could reach the on call nurse who was not on the premises.\nHousekeeping does a good job, to the extreme that she didn't want them to come clean her room (she is not capable of doing it herself), so they notified us and accommodated by cleaning her room when they knew she would be out at an activity for a length of time rather than trying to stick to the scheduled cleaning times. Daddy is really enjoying the meals and the social interactions at meal times.
