I needed some place quick and I walked in here and the next day we had the apartment rented. They really helped me out when we needed it. He is not here anymore, but when he needs the care he will for sure be coming back. It is in a beautiful part of golden, lots of mountain views. It is also close to downtown Golden where you can go shopping and out to eat. They do have several rooms reserved just for respite care and those rooms are completely furnished and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend Golden Lodge to others.

The caregivers genuinely care about the residents. I don't ever have to worry about my mom being taken care of. They're also very good about updating about any concerns.

Golden Lodge Assisted Living is a new and large facility. The staff here really know what they are doing. We would recommend to others families looking.

The staff here at Corridor Crossing are very accommodating and communicative with us. Our loved one is in such better health being here than she was at her previous community. They do have a lot of activities for the residents to do there and our loved one is getting PT and OT. We do think the overall value is competitive but it is fair and we would recommend this community to other families.

Not too much experience with the staff. My concerns is with the cleanliness. It is expensive. Overall, they provide excellent care. The location is close to a family member. They have activities. The residents are excited to help other residents. They love to have grandpa apart of their team.

We chose Corridor Crossing Place because of the friendliness of the staff and the quality of care that they were able to provide. The facility is right off of 380 in Cedar Rapids so it is in a great location that is not busy. Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend them to others looking.

The community are trying their best to keep my loved one as active as possible. This is night and day difference from a prior community. My loved one is a totally different person here according to several family members, and this is a good thing. The communication with the staff is very good, and they are willing to work with the VA hospital. The community works very well with the VA and makes sure medications are filled in a timely manner.

This has been an easy experience. Everyone is friendly here. My loved one enjoys being here, and this is a good feeling for the family. The staff are responsive to questions or concerns the family has. The meals, housekeeping, some care, linen changes, utilities, room, and laundry services are included in the monthly fee. The community also has transportation for the residents to use.

They have a very friendly staff at this community. They are always right there when my loved one needs them. They do everything that we need them to do and they call me with any updates or concerns that they have. Communication is key at this community. They have activities like classes, bingo, happy hour, prayer service and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community.

My husband has frontotemporal dementia and needs 24-hour memory care. With the help of the Community Relations Coordinator and the Nurse-Manager, I was able to move him into his safe, cozy, comfortable new home at Corridor Crossing Place very quickly. He has received excellent care there. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, responsive and willing to communicate the whole picture of what’s happening with his care. There are activities like Music therapy and Physical exercise. The facility is small enough that staff knows the residents' likes and dislikes, and treats them as valued members of the community. And I can coordinate medical care with UIHC and Mercy Cedar Rapids. The best decision I have made is having my husband at Corridor Crossing Place. It’s not large and fancy, but I am confident in the staff and level of care he’s receiving. I would recommend it to families looking for a place that’s committed to safety, to quality care and to making every resident feel at home.

We chose Grand Villa because of the cleanliness of the facility, they had an activity director, and [name removed], the executive director really sold the place. She is a very kind person, was patient with all of our questions, and followed through on everything that she said she would. The room sizes are average, everything she needed fits in there. The rooms have fabulous windows to look out so she gets a lot of natural light. Mom raves about the food, they are chef prepared meals and she is very excited about that. I cannot say enough n ice things about the staff members that I have dealt with here, every single person greets me and they all knew who my mom is. They really make an effort to get to know everybody and I really like that. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.

What a great place for my mom! They take excellent care of her, and she really likes the managers.

My Dad has dementia and is in the memory care area. I like the fact that it is small and intimate. He gets the care and attention that he needs. My daughter works there and can check on him everyday she works. He is treated like family!! He has been there since the COVID-19 pandemic started. They have been communicating well through social media as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to place a loved one.

The staff at this facility genuinely seem to care. It is a small enough place that if we ask them to do something for our mom, they seem to get it done. Our mom was losing weight at the last facility, but now she is maintaining her weight which is a plus. We chose this facility because they had an opening, they were willing to allow her cat, and it is a secure facility which our mom needed for safety and necessity. It just feels homey and we really feel good about the place.

My mom gets everything she needs whenever she needs it. The food is excellent, the place is nice, and they keep it clean.

The staff are always very nice and kind to the residents. [name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful people and my mom is happy there!

It's been really comforting for me to know that my mother has excellent care. She feels that everyone at Westbrook is her friend and she loves them very much. We have been lucky to find a place that is convenient, run very well, and that has done so much for her and for me. Our overall experience at Westbrook has been fantastic.

I have been at Brookdale Great Falls for almost two months, and so far, it has ben great. I have really been enjoying my time here at the community, but I will say that it certainly is a different way of life for me. Overall, I feel I'm warming up to the place well, and I would definitely recommend the community to others.

My mother is at Mayvil and was also a resident when the center was named Brookdale and the difference is night and day. Brookdale staff knew they were leaving and did not care and it was easy to see. The transition to Mayvil means work needs to be done. I noted negative comments but this is due to the construction zone of ongoing and needed repairs that were [Removed] by the former owners. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've yet to bump into one who did not give up a smile. I investigated many centers in CR and Marion. Mayvil is a good choice.

My Mother-in-law was a recent resident of Westbrook. During my visits with her, I was able to see for myself the staff, the care, the facility and how it operates. During the 40 plus years I've worked in the Medical field, I have never witnessed such caring and committed staff members. The entire staff at Westbrook not only sets the example,, THERE ARE THE EXAMPLE ! Everyone there is a Superior Performer in care giving. Westbrook Villa's in Kearney, Mo is second to None, you lead by example, by doing. THANK YOU for being such wonderful, caring people!
