The directors were very helpful with information about their facility. We learned what we needed to do to enroll our family member. She was accepted and we have settled her into her new home away from home. She is adjusting well and we hope she will continue to thrive in this new setting. The best qualities about Lake Wylie: 1. Cambridge crossings assisted living and memory care assisted living and memory care is an amazing facility! I love the family oriented vibes in the facility. You can tell that the staff really cares about the residents and that they have an individual relationship with each and every one of them! The management team is also amazing. I came in and seen the ED, RCC, HWD, and the Sales directors helping their clinical staff with a smile. You can tell that they care about both the staff and residents needs. The communication is top notch as well! Let not forget how AMAZING the community smells and looks great! I definitely would recommend this community over any other a million times!

I am more pleased than I ever thought I would be. The staff is so caring from the maintenance man to the director. Have not had one negative experience in the 8 months my mother has been in memory care there. I like that it is a smaller facility and they have plenty of activities to make the time more pleasant for the residents.

[name removed] was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions I really liked the rooms but we may need skilled nursing in the near future which is not available here.

The staff is very helpful and caring. It's a calm, intimate environment and the food is great! Mom enjoyed her stay there before she passed.

The staff made me feel very welcome. Cambridge Gardens was in a quiet location and the suites were bright and located on one floor. Pets are welcome with some restrictions. There are many amenities such as grocery stores, banks and eateries in close proximity.

The things we like the most about the community are the staff, the staff are great and they have a secure outdoor area with walking path. We would absolutely recommend Cambridge Landings to other families

Tour was as good as I had hoped. Facility is well kept, inviting, and I really like the secure outdoor courtyard with walking path for my mother. This is the place I have chosen for her, and it was much easier to find/get the process started than I thought it would be.

I would give Cambridge landing a 5 rating. The staff are well trained, caring and patient with difficult residents such as my spouse. They are easily accessible, responds quickly to questions and concerns. The facility is well kept and provides great space for activities, comfort, socialization, dining. I have been very pleased with all aspects of Cambridge Landing.

Mom felt welcomed by the staff and residents immediately. Everything was about the residents. Staff know the residents by name and have infinite patience dealing with residents' confusion. I would stay there myself if I could.

Moving my mom into Lake Wylie Assisted Living & Memory Care was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for her. She has been in assisted living for the last 5 years, and the difference in the care she receives here is truly unbelievable. What moving her here did was show us just how neglected she was previously. It’s been a night and day difference. The staff is phenomenal, and we could not appreciate them more!

Awesome facility! Highly recommend! Staff go out of their way to assist and make your loved ones feel comfortable. The activities keep the residents safe and active. Staff recognize you when you walk through the door and are there to assist. An example is when I was bringing my mother back from the doctor. Staff came out and helped me get her into her wheelchair and took her directly to her room, which allowed me to get her things from the car and park the car. I highly recommend this facility. It is clean, organized and accommodating. It is a small facility, but very family oriented.

I went to visit a friend who just moved into Cambridge Crossing. She is very happy living there and feels well taken care of. The administrative staff stopped by my friend's room to check on her. I could tell they respected my friend and took excellent care of all her needs. They truly wanted her to be happy staying in this facility.

I recently toured Cambridge Crossing in Williamsburg, VA with my grandfather, and the experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and took time to explain the care options available. The facility was clean, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable common areas and peaceful outdoor spaces that my grandfather really enjoyed. What impressed us most was the genuine compassion shown by the team—they interacted with residents respectfully and with kindness, which gave us confidence in the quality of care provided. Overall, the tour was reassuring and left us feeling that Cambridge Crossing is more than just a facility; it’s a supportive community where residents are valued and cared for with dignity.
