I have lived here for six years, and can't think of anything that has irritated me. My son and I visited many communities and chose Stafford because everyone was so nice and my apartment has a mountain view.

This is a pretty nice community. The people, area, and food make this a good place for my loved one. The staff communication has been good with the family. There are three meals a day, and there is a menu for the residents to order from. There are lots of choices to choose from in the dining room or snack area. There is transportation for the residents to go to doctor appointments or outings.

We toured with Heatherwood and really liked the facility. The downfall was they did not have any outside access and my parents have a small dog that needs to be let outside often!

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones, as long as the loved one doesn't need medical assistance. The community doesn't provide this type of care. The staff communication has been good with the family when we have questions. There are three meals a day served, and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

They communicate well. They have been very friendly. I would recommend to other families.

This is a brand new community and very nice. The staff is very attentive and works with my loved one and family to ensure our loved one's health is taken care of. The staff communication with the family has been great. The community is willing to work with the resident's dietary restrictions.

Words can't describe how happy I am to place my mother at Cascade of Chesterley. We went to several communities, no one seemed to care about her as a person only as a piggy bank. We placed mom here about two months ago, the staff is great at communicating her needs with us. Everyone is always so friendly. I highly recommend.

Heatherwood Senior Living was my second choice and now looking back, I honestly wish that I would have gone with them instead. They worked with Bluebird healthcare if you needed that, but there was no nurse on site at the time. They also did not have alert buttons for the residents which is why I decided against them in the first place. Everything else I saw was in tip top shape and it seemed like a great facility.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones, and to consider this community. The staff on the first day introduced themselves to my loved one in the dining room. I was impressed because they already knew that my loved one was new in the community. They made sure to keep checking on my loved one to the point my loved one felt they were checking on them too much. The family was shocked by the customer service the community provided, as it was outstanding. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are choices to choose from. The dining room is set up as a restaurant and the staff will come and take the order from the residents off a menu. Some of the activities include happy hour with entertainment, games, movies, arts and crafts and more for the residents to participate in. There is a calendar of activities for the residents to see what is available daily.

This facility is phenomenal! It's new and very clean. I've noticed various staff members picking up trash and things when I visit. They all take pride in the cleanliness and contribute to it. The food is great, my parents love it. Good quality and variety. The chef is very responsive about specific requests, also. Housekeeping is once a week and done well, except for when mom is sleeping and dad won't let them in. But they can't help that! Communication with the family is great. They're super responsive and really care here. They do offer a variety of activities, my parents just choose not to participate. Being newer, they do have some availability but it's filling up fast! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family, I would move in if I could!

Stafford is such a warm, welcoming place. We previewed 4 places and my mother felt most at home here. The many activities, the staff and the wonderful food are reasons we have been here over 3 years.

We are very pleased with Heatherwood. Without exception, the staff has been very helpful and kind.

I moved here ten years ago. I was unable to live in my home after braking my hip. Through the years, everyone has been excellent and outstanding care has been provided by the resident aids, dining room staff, kitchen staff, activities and housekeeper. They have take care of my special needs. It feels like a loving family. They show concern and patience. I have enjoyed [name removed] dancing and all of the creativity and decorating to make life interesting and fun. Since [name removed] became the food services director, the food has never been so good. He is very accommodating. I have suggested brown rice to be served. I have dentures and need to eat soft, wholesome foods. The chicken has been consistently soft and cut up small enough for me to eat. I provide my own organic whole wheat bread and avoid white flour and sugar.

Great place to work with residents on getting stronger. Supportive staff helping to ensure a high quality of life for their residents.

Best food. You will gain 40lbs without trying.

Staff is very kind and caring. They go out of their way to help. Food is good. Wouldn't want to be living anywhere else.

The staff is always there to help you. They're friendly and nurses are available 24/7. Comfortable living. The food is very good. Always plenty of good dining. Snacks available several times a day, in between meal times. The recreation department has things going on often.

My mother has been here for a few years i have no complaints there has been no decline in her health if anything they keep up with daily activities personal hygiene and is a very well rounded facility i am very pleased with there care staff so friendly and always with a smile on there face HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!

The facility seems very clean, and everybody seems friendly. My family member says the food is awesome. They have a lot of different activities planned for the residents. And I have no complaints with the care she is receiving.

Been good to my father-in-law.
