Carefield Living

My grandma has been a resident at Carefield for almost 2 years. I must say, she had a lot of behavior issues before moving in to Carefield. She adjusted and was very social. My Nana loves the staff. We are very pleased with the care she gets. She was recently admitted on hospice. The caregivers always checks on her, even offering us a snack. The Director of care, [name removed] and the medication aids, always checks in and gives us support. There is always someone available in the management for questions and guidance. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place like a home for residents. Great staff with a lots of love a care for residents. I was invited for Christmas lunch party. Besides the food was delicious the crew in kitchen was fantastic, they were professional and always keep smile. The place was so clean and smells amazing. The chef I believe his name was [name removed], came to each table and greeted us personally. I had a chance to give myself a tour of the community and I was amazed by care staff saying hello and smile to me. I love the library. It was very cozy. One of the kitchen’s crew members came to me at library and offered me some drinks unfortunately I don’t remember her name. I met [name removed] the Executive Director she was welcoming and empathetic and very nice. I would like to recommend this place to anyone who wants to have their love one to be cared for.

My mom has lived at Park Visalia for about three years and I couldn't be happier with her care. The staff are always so friendly and it is exceptionally clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and fun place to put a loved one.

I did not have a scheduled tour but took my chance for a walk-in tour. The lady at the front called for someone to possibly meet with me. I was impressed that it did not take a long time for someone to meet me and give a tour of the facility. The Memory Director took her time to listen to my stories and showed me around. It was a great experience!

For the longest time, I refused to visit my aunt because I am worried it will make me sad and upset that she is at a nursing home. It took me 9 months to have the courage to come and visit. I was beyond amazed how great the place is. The ambience and the friendly faces of the staff. We did not announce our visitation and as we walked in, we saw her talking to one of the aids and was heading out to the courtyard. We met with the medication aid, the housekeeper who was busy cleaning my aunt's apartment, the activities person and the executive administrator, who gave us a tour of the facility. We were offered snacks while sitting out in their courtyard. It was overall a pleasant visit. There was a resident who was busy gardening enjoying the big courtyard. The courtyard needs some TLC, but overall, a very pleasant visit. I recommend this community! Thank you to the team of Carefield!

This facility has a lots of potential of care, love and support. The staff are so kind, helpful and energetic to the residents. I was invited by my friend for residents Christmas party on December 2023. The food was amazing by chef [name removed] who came to each table and welcomed all families members. I got chance to talk to chef [name removed] to let him know how wonderful the food and everyone is. I definitely recommend this place for your beloved. Also I met [name removed] memory director and she was very nice and knowledgeable about her work.

Park Visalia isn’t a convalescence home. It’s more like a home for their residents. The employees are just like family very welcoming, helpful, understanding, attentive, respectful and caring for our loved ones. The place is very clean beautifully decorated it’s a cozy home feeling. Their is something always going on in the community for our loved one to socialize and interact with others. Activities & Staff does an amazing job at making sure our loved ones feel extra special during the holidays. Also the dinning area does an excellent service making sure every meal is well prepared and every resident stays satisfied with each course meal. The director [name removed] is the most caring, respectful and welcoming person she makes sure if theirs any concerns she’ll address them immediately because her passion here for our community is for our loved ones to feel at Home, safe and making sure our residents are well taken care of her expectations for our loved goes beyond.

Carefield pleasanton is a great home for your loved one. The staff are very friendly and care about residents. If your Mom or Dad picky about foods, they offer different varieties of foods. [name removed] the chef is always welcoming and knowledgeable about food. I recommended Carefield Pleasanton to everyone.

I remember the day I walked into Park Visalia. I was greeted by a group of ladies sitting together drinking coffee. I looked to my right and saw a few folks playing an intense card game. I could hear an exercise class in the background and smelled food that made me feel at home. As I sat and waited for my interview, I observed people coming and going, greeting one another and making small talk about where they were going and when they would be back. even asking about grandkids, next visits...etc. It then hit me, these were residents, caregivers, family and/or friends all communicating and working as a team. But it was so personal and genuine. Three years later, nothing has changed. I am truly blessed to a part of the Park Visalia Family.

It is clean the workers are all very friendly and helpful. My father is happy and adjusting well.

I have toured so many Care Communities and have had quite a few patients in memory care. I must say, Carefield brings the Care. From their friendly staff to their incredible chef, they truest pit the Care in Carefield. Their staff are great at keeping residents engaged in social activities and the dining experience is unlike any other. Great food, great staff, and overall great care. You can rest assure that your loved one will be safe and in great company at this warm and welcoming community. The staff were fantastic during my wife's last days. They were attentive and very supportive. The Nurses (especially [name removed]) were very caring and ready to help when ever needed. They made this difficult time as smooth as it could be. My family were very happy with the services provided. They even had the kitchen bring over breakfast without asking. Very much appreciated as I was spending 24 hours/day with my wife during the last few days.

My grandma has been living here for almost a year and she's been so much happier. She used to live at home by herself and was getting lonely, but since she's lived here she's made a lot of friends. All of the employees make it fun and are always so friendly.

The community is very friendly and very welcoming. The residents are what make me completely happy. The executive director [name removed] has made the community such a great work environment as well. I’m thankful that I get to work for a community that not only is fun to work for, but we are all definitely cared about.

I work for a home health agency in town and spend a lot of time at different communities in the Visalia area. Park Visalia is by far my favorite one to visit. It is always clean and everyone there is so nice. The patients are happy and well cared for. I truly enjoy my visits and would choose them if I had a loved one who needed assistance. The staff lead with compassion for everyone who walks through their doors and you can feel it.

Everything about this place is 5 stars! The facility was beautiful and many great activities. The lobby was welcoming and warm. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and caring. We did take a tour of the facility and although none in our group is old enough to be a resident at Park Visalia just yet, we all commented that we could definitely see ourselves living at Park Visalia if when the time came. The facility was beautifully appointed and the offered many amenities for residents: Movie theater, game room, live music performance and too many others to mention. I highly recommend Park Visalia Assisted Living & Memory Care for anyone looking such a wonderful destination.

I've been in this place a few times visiting my mom and the staff are always so friendly. They go out of their way to greet everybody and get to know all the families. My mom has been so happy since she's been here and is thriving.

I have been a resident here for 18 years. Of all the time I have been here, i have gotten great care and amenities. All my needs and accommodations are met and it’s a friendly atmosphere. It’s just like home, they are my family.
