Care Indeed

A friend was able to stay with me following a recent surgery but nafter 24 hours she needed to return to work. Care indeed worked out Scheduling to ensure I had 24 hour care on days 2 ‘3 —- Their caregivers were punctual and very professional - the best.

Overall good company. Caregiver does not do activities with Mom but does take her to Senior Center once a week. Overall experience with company is good. Based on the experience we have had with Care Indeed - San Mateo we would recommend them to other families.

Everyone who helped in Skilled nursing was kind, responsive, patient, understanding, friendly, and above all answered questions quickly. When it comes to the activities - NA to my dad's situation but if I was living there, I'd say a 4 overall.

I think what they did for us was really good, although my loved one was resistant to the service. I'd recommend them for part time or full time care. We did part time. The staff were all very thorough, and nice people to deal with. They seemed to be professional about their work. They knew what they needed to do, and they did it.

The care that I received from care Indeed was fantastic! The staff catered to my needs and requests as they arose. They were very kind and kept me informed. After receiving care from Care Indeed, I can conclude that I would definitely recommend this service!

It's hard to believe that four years has swept by so quickly, and that Mom is in better shape now than when we started. I can't think of a better fit than the relationship that we have shared over the past years, and want to reiterate the heart felt thanks all of our family has for Care Indeed, at the management level and for the care givers who have tended to all of Mom's requirements. I have seen several family members over the years receive care from various providers but my Fathers experience with "Care Indeeds" work has over the past 3 years been consistently outstanding. Not only do they bring the highest level of care, but they bring "heart" and a genuine love for their clients. The caregivers always engage with my Dad with love and patience. They just don't do outstanding work, they practice the vocation with love. Thank you Care Indeed!

The extra care (and exceptional care!) that my mother receives from Care Indeed caregivers is really making a difference. They are helping her to get up and walk more often and ensuring that she is eating well. She seems to be doing better both physically and cognitively. My brother and I are really pleased and can't thank the whole Care Indeed team enough! They were really good at being flexible with us to meet my fathers needs, which was very important to us. My dad is 90 and does not need a lot of care, just a little help around the house, and they have done a good job with that. I really like that they let us review the bios of the care givers that they were going to be sending out, and select who we wanted. Most in home care places do not do that, and that was very helpful.

I am very happy that I was able to find such a caring and loving care giver for my mom, nothing is too much for her to do she is kind and funny with my mom ,and my mom looks forward to her coming. This is a hard time in my mothers life ,and it is comforting to know she has someone that cares about how she feels and wants to make her time here count. I am so very happy that we have her. Staff is good to work with, pricing is reasonable and they understand the issues that come with dementia. We picked them because of the pricing and staff.

Our experience was a month long. We found that it was hard to find caregivers. They finally found a caregiver; however, that individual didn't work out. The communication stopped after not finding a good replacement for the caregiver due to scheduling.

I, unfortunately, had to discontinue services from Care Indeed because the place was not a good fit. The communication between the main office and caregivers was not good. The caregivers would come to my home with the wrong instructions. They could not lift my wife or move her around the house without help. The caregivers themselves were very nice, but they could not provide the care my wife needed.

Lindsey and the overall team at CareIndeed were extremely responsive and helpful during a very difficult time for our family and specifically, my mother's failing health. The team kicked into high gear as soon as I reached out; an onsite visit and assessment led to care for my mother that very night! While the caregivers have varied a bit in expertise, my family and I have been comforted by knowing that a nurse was with my mother. Admittedly, my mother fell in love with 2 of the visiting help; my only critique would be that it would be great to figure out a path to best match the caregiver with the patient and stick with that caregiver. knowing that our care schedule was a bit off might have weighed in; it would just be great to, once a good match between patient and caregiver is made, stick with a solid caregiving plan between the two. Thank you CI for all you have done!

So far, the caregivers that have come out have been pretty nice. The only complaint that I have is that Care Indeed seems to have a high turnover rate. The company needs to do more to keep the employees happy so that they will stay. Short staffed at times.

Care Indeed is a very professional organization. I was able to interview care givers and choose the one I thought was the best fit. Also, their office personnel are very professional and easy to work with. My only issue was that the price they quoted in the beginning increased before we actually signed the contract.

My experience with Care Indeed has not been the best. Initially things seemed ok. I felt they really listened to the needs of my mom in finding a good caregiver, but the one's that I've interviewed and that have been sent out haven't quite met the standards of what my mother needs. I'm still interviewing candidate and trying to find the right caregiver for her. I'm not impressed like I was initially. At first they provided good communication, not so much anymore.

Owners...are fine..they indicate they will improve...they will talk to the caregivers about NO SHOWS.....and the problem still exist Caregivers.....they run the place...they do what they want, when they want. There is no management. And then they ask for more hours/days........bur don't work designated days.... Or They have their own agency on the side and suggest I go with them. Or Tell me if I don't like them, find someone else They said they will talk to caregivers ers and put them on probation, but problem still exists. My almost 100 year old mom has dementia and she can not this inconsistency I only need the basics....like showing up and working

Improvements Care Indeed could use would be to hire competent care givers, I would not recommend them to others. There office employees were kind and fairly responsive but the Caregivers they assigned to my loved one were unhelpful and uncaring. Care Indeed, for the money they charged, were absolutely disappointing.
