The nursing care is very good, with timely responses. The food is good, including eggs made to order. The laundry service is also good, and the room size was good for his needs. My only suggestion would be to make sure football games are accessible during the season. On a Sunday afternoon, residents were watching CNN when there were games available on major networks. Many of the men may otherwise stay in their rooms to watch the games, so having them available in the common area could be a unifying activity for residents.

This place has a thriving and active community. The residents are friendly and actively involved with each other and in planning activities. My mother's apartment is spacious and the building is kept clean. The staff is responsive to my mother's needs.

I had such a great experience with this facility from start to finish. [name removed] was amazing and very prompt in her responses to inquiries that I made with her. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Everything fell right in line the waybill was supposed to. Highly recommend

The staff is wonderful, very friendly and caring, always makes you feel welcome and appreciated. I have enjoyed the church service, Bible study, women's group and bingo -there is a hymn sing this afternoon which seems to draw a big group, the food is tasty with many alternative options if you don't want the special-large serving size. The staff works hard to ensure the facilities are clean and well maintained. The apartment is generously sized, closets are a little small but perfectly adequate

Great facility, very clean and bright. Moms room is really nice and we were able to bring her furniture so it felt more like home. Food is ok. Processed.

Everyone who worked there was super nice and genuinely enjoyed their jobs. The facility was super clean and the residents enjoyed living there. There is also tons of activities and i always see residents partaking in them. Also since it was an old catholic high school that was renovated the rooms are a good size and all have 18ft ceilings!

When I have worries or concerns about my mom, I can count on someone there to reassure me and ease my worries. Although it's very sad that my mom has dementia, I know that she is being taken care of. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Overall we were pleased with her stay there. She was not always very happy about the food. I would recommend them to others.

When moved in I had problem with TV. Only told there was sheet in packet. No that page was missing and it took week to get WiFi. Food...actually funny. Most meals are good or better, except picnic. My son came in from out of town, perfect. We will eat at picnic and he can see we actually eat GOOD. Well the line was very long and the hot dogs were hard to bite into. The casing wasn't cooked, even boiled dog would have been better. We can have burgers everyday so hot dog would have been treat. Not good impression for son. The size could be bigger but I just moved out of nice size house. And once again the cleaning lady does good but short handed. I feel like this has been a good move and I'm making the best of it

5 for everything. I have been here 6 months today. It is an adjustment but it is a really nice place to be in the winter season of my life. Every one of the staff is top-notch. Always willing to help. I have a studio which is the least expensive apartment but it is big enough for my needs. I do attend the exercise classes and the book club meetings but l don't play cards or Bingo which is big here. They clean my apartment every week and the facility is well taken care of.

The room was great very spacious in the bathroom had lots of room and very functional. My mother-in-law was only there for about two weeks and then she passed away so she didn't get to enjoy it. She never ate eat any of the food. The staff was great and gave her excellent care.

They are very caring and attentive and keep me informed. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

The facilities were very clean. Our interaction with the staff welcoming and informative. My father finds his apartment spacious enough for his needs. The food is good and plentiful. He hasn't participated in many activities even though there are a wide variety to choose from. The location is very convenient to stores.

Everything was great. The staff was very caring and knew everyone. The activities seemed wonderful but my mom is an introvert and didn't really want to participate. The apt was spacious and well-fitted for a person with a walker. She loved the food! Cleanliness was a priority. MY only complaint was that she was turned away from the cafeteria twice bc she was "too late" when she actually got there well before dining hours were over; she just wasn't there when the majority of people were there. I think they wanted to start cleanup early. She was only there 3 months before she had to move to a longterm care facility. So overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend The Village to anyone!!!

The staff was incredible. From my first conversation with [name removed], to the home visit with [name removed], they were all very warm and welcoming, including those at the front desk. The facility appeared to be very clean, including the apartment, which was a very nice size, with a large bedroom. Overall it was a great experience. If I have to find something to critique for improvement, only two small things: 1) I had to provide toilet paper, as there was none in the bathroom. (Not really a terrible inconvenience, just glad I noticed) I don't believe that particular apartment had been used for a guest stay previously, so it was just something minor that was overlooked maybe. Something I really did appreciate was [name removed] making sure the bed had sheets put on, and a shower curtain put up, so I didn't have to bring those items. In the grand scheme of things, bringing TP was not a big deal, especially since those other two items were provided, but thought I'd mention it, for the next guest. 2) The first few times we dined there to get a feel for it, the servers in the dining room were not as helpful as we would have hoped. We weren't sure of the procedure (which of course didn't take long to figure out,) but it would have been helpful to have someone explain it the first time. I realize they may not know all the tenants, but we did explain that my dad was new and needed walked through the ordering process. Again, not a deal breaker, but if I have to pick something, that is another minor thing. It really was a good experience and my Dad was very happy there during his stay.

I would give Park Crescent 5 stars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't live in the apartments in the main building. I live in a villa. They are very nice. I would recommend Park Crescent.

They are great on all parts the staff was absolutely amazing My Dad's room is a nice size for him. Since I live out of state visiting him and taking him for outings was very easy to sign him out and when we return they always welcomed us back. Overall I would definitely recommend Crimson Ridge to anyone in need of a facility for their loved one.
