It's 5 stars. Move in was great. The staff professional and friendly. Food is very good. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. The building is quite beautiful and clean.

I felt welcome the minute I entered the facility. [name removed] toured me around the beautiful grounds and apartments. She answered my numerous questions and helped me to feel comfortable about the upcoming changes in my family and need for additional care for my family member. The size of the facility is just right and I could tell all the staff cared about the needs of the residents.

We love it! It has been so amazing for [Name Removed]! It's so friendly and inviting. They treat family like they also live there. They are warm and friendly. They make it feel like a community. Honestly I'd live there. It's truly been such a blessing!

It was very clean, the people were wonderful. The patient will only be there two months for a respite care. They were very, very helpful in getting us all set up and doing everything they could to make his stay very comfortable.

Ivy park is beautiful, clean newly renovated about 4 yrs ago, and in a lovely setting with mature trees. The staff was very friendly, kind welcoming and helpful. They have a plethora of activities and various rooms to do different things. Great great place!!! For us we really wanted a small kitchen with stove, and a place that’s on some mature acreage with walking paths, which they do not have, but otherwise if those things aren’t important to you, we’d move there in a minute. ?? Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the facility and personal that I interacted with. The personnel were warm and friendly. Our guide is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and informative. I felt very comfortable knowing that I was assisting my sister find the best care for herself moving forward.

Lovely facility, pretty pricy so we decided on a more mid size, lower cost home that is more centrally located to all interested parties and the Kaiser health care.

My mother is happy there, and the staff is attentive and caring. There are regular activities and live music which she loves. The ambience is calm and beautiful and she says the food is good.

The tour, conducted by its Executive Director, was very informative and enjoyable. We have requested, and granted, a follow-up short tour as we are very interested of becoming its residents once the unit that we are interested is available.

Loved the Villagio at Capriana in all areas: grounds, activities, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, lots of light everywhere, saw a double occupancy room...beautifully decorated. Not sure about the cost because there is a starting point with additional cost added depending on the needs of the patient.

We recently moved my mother in to Santianna and it's been a real blessing. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. [names removed] worked with us a lot to get great room with a great view. The food is delicious. Special call outs to the maintenance guys, [name removed] and [name removed], for helping my mom so much with her TV and all the other little things.

Service far beyond anything I’ve experienced. Entire staff went out of their way to give a comfortable feeling. The building and grounds are top notch. Amenities are amazing.

We have found all the staff to be pleasant and friendly. My mother in law is well taken care of and all her needs are met. Very, very satisfied.

What a welcoming beautiful facility. My mom and I were touring Ivy Park at Cerritos to look for a place for her and my dad. The facility is immaculate, friendly and so beautiful as are the gardens. Everyone introduced themselves even the chef. Our tour guide Talani was so helpful and was able to answer all our questions. The rooms are airy and open and very clean and modern. There are so many activities to chose from as well. We were invited to stay for lunch and very impressed with the the food and options. The dinning room felt like being at an upscale restaurant. Guest are also welcome to join you at a minimal cost. Can't say enough wonderful things about this facility. My mom and dad are so looking forward to moving in. We also met Mark, the director who was very helpful with information and seems to really care about the residence.

Stockton is just a little far for us since my mom’s doctors are in Sacramento, and I don’t want to change her doctors since they already know her.

I could honestly rate each category has a five. This is based on my father's feedback as well. For the most part, it's the staff. Notably, [name removed]. She's a phenomenal human being. [name removed], the Director, as well. Rooms are specious and well equipped The place is kept immaculate and clean.

Very comfortable and thorough experience walking through for a tour. All staff was extremely accommodating and set us a lunch for us the next day when we brought dad for trial run. [name removed] and [name removed] are absolute gems. We were so taken by how the residents and staff all seem genuinely happy to be there. This place has great vibes. So much so we chose it for Dad.

The facility/community is great and the staff has been super helpful and supportive with my parents' transition. 100% would recommend to others

Beautiful place with lots of amenities! It felt very warm and welcoming! Seemed like enough to do that you would never be bored!
