The staff was very dedicated to the residents comfort and care. Also helpful to the family during some of the hard times.

I love it. It felt good to be back in Winona, the town where I was born and grew up in. The person who gave us the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable. The units are very spacious and have lots of light. I am not ready for assisted living at present but maybe when they are ready for me, I will be ready for them.

We wrapped up our time with Benedictine last week, as both my parents have now passed away. I can tell you that Benedictine had a caring, supportive staff. They were so patient with my high need parents, and willing to go the extra mile to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Great leaders in [name removed] and [name removed], who investigated any issues we had and made changes where needed. Great team there.

The apartment is very spacious, food in the dining room is good, with bright open spaces with lots of windows. They have very friendly residents and staff. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The staff and the facility. The staff is outstanding and very focused and helpful, to both visitors as well as residents. The facility is very well maintained. I've recommended St. Benedictine's to members of my caregiver support group as well as several people around town that I've met who are looking for a good facility.

The person who conducted the tour was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the looks of the place and thoroughness of the answers given to my questions, many of which were already mentioned in the individual's presentation of the materials.

Some areas are under construction. The changes will improve and expand the memory care areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Seems ideal for car. ing for my wife with dementia

It’s a very friendly community with genuinely caring staff who make you feel welcome right away. Everyone is approachable and willing to help. You can tell they actually care about the people here, not just doing their jobs.

We enjoyed seeing the facility, it’s such a nice place, bright and cheerful, very well maintained, happy looking staff. It was a productive visit, as [name removed] answered all of our questions and was very understanding of the emotions involved in making choices for an elderly family member.

Cut to the chase, 5's across the board. They were fantastic in all phases. And when my dad had a set back that prevented him from residing there due to issues that returned him to the hospital and eventually to hospice, at Benedictine, they were very flexible in matters involving fees and removal of his belongings.

I was skeptical about making a move to a senior living community. But I have lived here at Benedictine Living Community- St. Joseph for almost a year now and if I would have to change one thing is that, "I wish I would have made the move sooner. "

Looking for a senior living community for a loved one can be difficult. But we knew the minute we walked into Benedictine Living community that this was going to be a great fit for our mom. The community looked, smell and felt nice. The staff is very friendly and the residents look happy.

I am a current resident at Benedictine Living Community- St. Joseph in the Independent Living. Everyone is so Friendly here. What I love most is that everyone always helps everyone out. We are like a family.

We've been residents here for almost seven months in the Independent Living area. Our families researched several locations in St Louis and St Joseph. We were in a [name removed] location in the St Rouro area for several months before coming to St Joe and Benedictine is definitely a step above. The entrance fee and monthly cost are very reasonable and competitive for the locations we researched and visited. The employees are most helpful and caring and have become like family. The meals and dining facilities are excellent with 3 meals a day. My wife and I feel that we couldn't have made a better move.

Had a great tour of the facilities with the residence director. Many fine units available. Decided I could not stay in MN for the winter and will travel until an alternative appears. Very nice if you have to be in MN for other reasons.

They cater to your needs; they provide a liaison resident that acts as an ambassador to you to ensure any questions or needs your loved one has (or doesn't have) are simplified and efficient.

I toured Benedictine Living Community-St. Joseph and my overall experience was a five out of five. I rated the community a five out of five on cleanliness, friendliness of staff, value of cost, condition of the building, knowledge of staff and my experience.
